I asked for him to come out on a specific day and he was on time an eliminated the trees as promised. I had zero debris left over too which was nice. Because my trees were so close to the house and fence they were not able to grind the stumps but there was not much left anyway. I highly recommend Bills tree service.

We agreed on that date and I called him 6/29 to confirm that morning.... He returned my call at the end of business day and said he would not be able to keep that date because it was a holiday weekend...he assured me it was no problem he was reliable and sorry for the late notice but wld be there the following Friday at 8:30. Girlfriend took off the whole day of work and waited. No show or call to say he couldn't make it in fact never called at all. Got Arbor management out the next week. Needless to say they got the job. Dont waste your time on Big Timber, bad business practices. If they didnt want the job then they should have said no from the beginning. I do not recommend!
