I specifically told them wanted a contract through May and the contract they sent had the right number of weekly services to start at the beginning of March. I was billed and paid the beginning of March and they still had not mowed when I reached out the third week of March about my overgrown yard. I could not believe the way they left my yard the 2 weeks they mowed and I gave them a chance to come clean up. They said they didn't have the manpower. Last I checked, staffing issues were not the responsibility of paying customers and does not justify awful service. We spent almost 20 hours those 2 weeks raking and my grass is now discolored and started to die due to the massive amount of thick clumps the GROUNDS GUYS left. I pay for expensive lawn treatments and my grass looked healthy and green before they destroyed it.
