We offered to use our neighbor's driveway for access for vehicles but they shared it wasn't needed. There was a lot of rain prior to the service. They did a good job with the tree but destroyed our yard with tire tracks and the bobcat sunk the concrete in front of our house so it's not safe. I reached out to them immediately and they said we should call the city of Webster. I spoke with the street superintendent of Webster and he looked at it personally. He confirmed it was absolutely and clearly the fault of the tree company's equipment. Calling back Jackson, they shared they aren't responsible. I will not use nor recommend them again. I'll spend my money elsewhere and will share with my neighbor too.

While he hadn't captured our entire conversation on the quote, our continued discussion made me feel comfortable enough to proceed. I was not disappointed. He and his crew cut down a 50- to 60-foot hedge, ground it so it wouldn't return, trimmed up some trees, cut back and cleaned out some other bushes, cleaned up growth along my fence line, removed some landscaping stone (a lot more than either of us expected, as there was a ton in the hedge), removed a whiskey barrel planter, and told me how to take care of my mom's 55-year-old rose bush. The crew worked so hard, and the result was perfect. He added no charges for the surprise landscaping stone, and I was thankful. I recommend Southfork Tree, especially because Doug is hands-on. It's not one guy giving you a quote and hiring some other guys to do the work without supervision. You don't have to wonder if everything was communicated, because he's there, working the whole time. If he has questions, he asks. He doesn't assume. If you have questions, he's there to answer them. He makes sure it looks great.
