They are responsive - phone calls are always answered or, at worst, returned the same day. They are polite and professional - and we always get straight answers. There has never been an "upsell" - we've never been told that we need a new roof. The message has always been - this is what's broken and here's how we fix it. I always get a detailed (and understandable) report, usually with arial photos taken by drone. Work has always been done on time and professionally. Once repairs were made we've never had a problem in the same general area. Finally, Mike is the consummate professional. He is a true professional and gentleman. I cannot offer higher praise.

Today (Palm Sunday) we had a leak in the part of the roof Mike hadn't originally installed. I gingerly texted Mike to ask his advice. What I got back was well more than anything I could have expected. Mike called to tell me his supervisor, Travis, was already en route to our house. I then got a call from Travis saying he was twenty minutes out. 18 minutes later, he was at the door. He reviewed the leak inside, got his ladder and climbed up the roof and within ten minutes, was back down and showing me pictures of where he'd determined a dryer vent had let water in. Mike called me back to tell me he had a team he could send. Now. I told him it's Palm Sunday, I don't want to take your guys away from their families. Mike said, they are busy all week, this is my best chance to get this fixed. It won't take more than four hours. I agreed and within an hour, there they were at the door, ready to go. They cleared the tile, laid proper under layers - three layers in total. Then buttoned it all up again and were done within two and a half hours. I got a full set of pictures from Mike explaining every step of what was done. All this would be great on a weekday. But a Sunday? Palm Sunday? I am just in awe. From a customer perspective, it's like having a choice of hiring superheros like Mike and his team, or saying no thank you - I prefer the usual sheisters and snake oil salesmen that typically make up the roofing business. You can spin the wheel and take your chances - but for me - I just feel damn lucky to have found someone who provides this level of service and this quality of work all for a really modest price.

I was referred to this company by my lender. We had more than one company come out to give us…read morequotes, but our initial contract at Neal was awesome, and completely sold us. He listed off all the benefits, repeatedly, measured our roof, and spent lots of time with us answering questions. The job itself was done very quickly. I've never gotten a new roof before so I have zero comparison. I trust that they fulfilled their job and gave me a wonderful roof. I do have some feedback for Neal, and I hope this constructive criticism can help them: As soon as our contract was signed, we were not smoothly transferred to our next point of contact at the company. For updates, we of course contacted our initial contact, who explained that he was the salesperson, and now I would have to get my info from a different department. He was very nice about it, and did help me later on (thank you!), and again, he was an incredible and knowledgeable salesperson. But Neal dropped the ball with leading me to the next step, next communication, and next point of contact in this process. I didn't know that the initial contact was not to be my point person all the way throughout. I called the company directly to find out when my permit would be approved, and the person who answered the phone she told me that it had already been approved. I asked when they were going to let me know this, and she flat out told me that they only do this for customers who pay (my loan paid everything in full after the job was completed). This was not a great thing to hear! She meant well, and she kindly explained that they contact those clients because they need to collect payment for the permits, but not a great start to chapter 2 in the process. After that, I still never had a consistent point of contact, and received messages from different people in the company. Multiple Neal representatives consistently texted my phone directly with the intro of: I am FIRSTNAME with Neal Roofing. It would be helpful for them to include their job title! After my roof was done, I called in to Neal to find out when they would send out the wind mitigation inspection that my salesperson had told me was part of what I would pay for. The office person looked up my contract and informed me that they do not pay for this and it was not in my contract. Luckily, I contacted my salesperson and he really came through and arranged this inspection. I am glad I didn't listen to the office person! I really hope these details can help the company with their communication.

They wrote out an estimate and was given a day that they could come and do the work. Patrick Fiona owner is terrific, very nice.He was here and he sent a worker , and they completed the work all in one day! I feel that they are very honest, reliable and the prices are reasonable. We would totally recommend them to anybody who needs a new roof or has a leak in their roof!!!

Buyer beware. HAMILTON BROS ROOFING - Pompano Beach…read more I hired Patrick Hamilton in June 2023 to repair a roof leak in the master bathroom of my Coronado model home in The Bridges, Delray Beach. I paid $2,650 for the job. Less than two years later (May 2025), water started pouring from the exact same spot again. When I called him back, he came out and quoted me another $2,650, claiming it was a different leak and that his work is only covered for one year. He also pointed out an unrelated area in my garage and tried to upsell me additional repairs for over $4,000 total. When I questioned why I should pay again for a problem that clearly wasn't fixed properly the first time, he simply repeated that he only offers a one-year warranty and "this is Florida, it rains a lot." I found this experience to be very disappointing and feel it reflects poor workmanship and questionable business practices.
