The owner then scheduled a time to briefly stop by and finalize the estimate by getting accurate measurements of the surface area to be cleaned. I was able to call back with an additional request the next day and schedule the work within two weeks. They called to reconfirm the appointment the evening prior and arrived on time on the scheduled day. Our job consisted of a driveway, two walkways, and a mid-sized concrete and brick patio area. They also cleaned the rear of our house (siding). The job took about 5.5 hours. The bill seemed very reasonable (vs. me taking probably twice that time myself with a smaller pressure washer). I'm sure the concrete will darken up again over time and I'll be calling ZAP back at some point. Recommended.
