They completely messed up: Delayed Mailing: They forgot to ship it on time. Even after I called to remind them on the 14th, they delayed it until that night. Unauthorized Signature: They added "Signature Required" without my consent. Because of this, USPS couldn't deliver it to the closed business in Monterey Park, turning a local mail into a 3-day mess. Awful Attitude: When I called for help, they were extremely dismissive, impatient, and told me to "solve it yourself." Zero apologies, zero customer care. Now I have to pick it up myself. Still didn't get dropped off at USPS. I dropped off packages on Thursday and spoke to Mohammed about if he was going to drop off the packages. He gave me a verbal agreement that he was going to. It's Friday and all 13 of my packages are still sitting in the lobby. I understand that USPS does not come every day to pick up from this location. However, in my generation word is bond. If he simply said I can't do it, I would happily take my business someplace else. The crazy part is that there is a USPS 5-7 minutes away at Anaheim hills across the 91. He kept blaming USPS that they didn't dispatch a mailman to pick up and yesterday he didn't go because it was raining/too late. DON'T verbally agree to my face that you were going to drop them off.
