I HIGHLY recommend this repair shop. This shop is highly technically proficient, performing micro soldering on a board with some of the cleanest work I have ever seen. They also made it clear that they would complete the repair assessment free of charge, and would only charge me if they believed they could successfully complete the repair. (not all repair shops do this) They were definitely quick, getting the work back to me within 24 hours. The rate they charged was exactly what they quoted me. The price was so reasonable and the quality of their work was so good that I felt compelled to tip them. My repair was on the board of an alarm system where the battery port had ripped off. The replacement cost for the panel plus labor to re-program the sensors would have been between $1,000 and $1500. The shop charged me a very small fraction of this cost to complete the repair. So if you have an expensive electronic device that breaks, give these guys a call first before replacing it. They just might save the day! read more

Funny enough, I'm giving this review on the laptop they had fixed for me, battery working very well of course too! I looked around and did some research on electronic device repairs around me and this place came up out of many! However, what stuck out was their immediate/quick response to my inquiries. Upon visit, everything was clear and my laptop drop off was quick. The employee had also notified me that the repair would take 2-3 days due to the battery delivery. I accepted this, placed a deposit and behold 2-3 days later I received a notification that my device was ready for pick up! They took the liberty of also making sure the charging time and charging amount was working as designed too! I paid for the rest of my repair and was very pleased with my visit.
