I brought in JSM Consulting to carry out a training assessment exercise for my user community. During the interviews conducted as part of the training assessment work, I found out that the members of the Klee team had very in depth knowledge of JD Edwards modules and were very proactive in identifying our issues and providing recommendations to resolving them. Based on the training assessment, I have engaged one of the members of the team to work with the Human Resources/Payroll and Finance functions to resolve open issues that has plagued the company since the Go-Live over a year ago. I had received an email from Michael Mell who had offered an interview to me on "Wednesday". I had further asked WHICH Wednesday he was referring to and I didn't get anything back from him until the day of the interview he had scheduled without asking if it was a good time or not.
