I was looking for an alignment shop and came across so many in near my area but decided to drive a little down to JSpec Specialties. I've been hearing noises and noticed my tires were getting eaten up while driving. As soon as I get there, Justin was super welcoming and friendly. He was super busy but took the time out of his day to take a look at my car, inspect it and inform me about what he does and how he aligns vehicles. Upon a quick inspection, he noticed I had a some things broken and out of place. Wheels looked uneven and I had broken/worn camber arms. He advised that I fix/replace those things before I get an alignment. He gave me options, brands, price differences, and differences in quality between products that I can purchase according to my driving style. Most shops would have done the alignment, send me somewhere else, or not be helpful. He's checked up with me and let me know his schedule just in case I still wanted to book. 2 weeks later, I set an appointment and got my alignment 7/27. You're not just getting an alignment here, you're getting to experience the whole process instead of just sitting in a waiting a waiting room hoping the alignment shop got you dialed in. He shows you what he does, what you need, or where you're when it comes to alignment. He's very experienced and knowledgeable and easy to talk to. It's like getting an alignment from a friend or big brother. He's a master tech, automotive professor, and goes to the track. He's even helped me with things around my car when he didn't have to. He could have charged me for extra work but helped me anyways. I definitely 100% recommend going to this shop for your alignment needs especially to those track goers, canyon drivers, street drivers, and even daily drivers especially if need your tires to last. Recently installed my airlift 3p air suspension on my 2009 335i sedan, had to replace my rear lower control arm and tow bar and my alignment was way off. Contacted Jspec for an alignment and he got me locked in. I requested an early morning appointment and he provided great service in the Am. Let me start off by saying if all alignment shops were like this it would be a perfect world! Justin (owner) right off the bat was very respectful and treated me like a friend. He offered me a drink considering how hot it was today. He got started right away while explaining to me how the alignment would turn out. Throughout the entire service he walked me through the process educating me on a basic understanding of alignments (makes sense since he also teaches a class on alignments). He is extremely knowledgeable and I appreciated Justin letting me know how it works because I'm a car guy and into this kind of stuff. Justin showed me under the car where the toe and camber adjustments were, something that I can guarantee no other alignment shop will care to do let alone take the time explaining to their customers. My NC3 track car recently had a lot of suspension work done so I was looking for somewhere that could align the car to my aggressive specs. I happened upon JSpec through social media posts about corner balancing and heard about how qualified the shop owner Justin is. I decided to try them out and was not disappointed. He generously squeezed me on the same day I contacted him and was great to communicate with. He put 150lbs in the driver seat to simulate my weight and spent extensive time fine tuning the alignment to my requested specs.
