It's hard to find alignment shops that can work on my truck ( Baja style fenders and 37 inch rims) but the owner did a great job on the alignment of my tundra. He did a manual 4 wheel alignment. I've been to a few different shops and the work he did was by far the best alignment I've gotten. I was able to be seen right away, only took about an hour and that's with him taking me for a ride and making sure I was happy with the results. I've gotten my car aligned here twice I came back for warranty alignment cause my gf hit a pothole and I was still under the 6,000 mile or 6 month warranty he offered. He said he can't align my car told me to buy a camber kit since my car would pull to the right. So I bought the kit came back and had him install it. He calls me later in the day saying he cannot align my car. How can't you align my car you told me to buy a kit and I showed you all the arms before you did any work and said "yes I can align it". Not only did he not align my car he left a bolt loose and I DROVE MY CAR BACK HOME WITH IT LOOSE do you know how dangerous that is and I coulda been in an accident? I asked him after the work was done if everything was tightened up and good and he assured me it was but no the bolt was Litterally backing out. He charged me 400$ which included the alignment but I never got an alignment straight up scammed me for my money I had to spend more at another shop that aligned my car perfectly and showed me the BOLT HE LEFT LOOSE! I'll leave a picture of the loose bolt I definitely won't be coming back here. Lied to my face about everything being good to go , it's crazy he left it loose and said nothing to me. read more

Took my old 1993 F350 here to get a must needed alignment after installing a new steering kit. The owner Roberto got me in early the next day and did a phenomenal job! The steering wheel needed to be straightened out and he made sure I was happy with it before he called it good. This is one of the last shops that does it all by hand (the old school way) and it comes out perfect. Way better than all the shops that reply on computers to figure it out. We scheduled a time to do an alignment and brake pad and rotor replacement. They were open and available at the time we scheduled. Ok so I came here yesterday early in the morning 9am to be exact just needed front breaks done and a alignment Forgot names of the 2 gentlemen that worked here because of nightmare I went threw at their shop.. first off I was told I had some suspension components I supposedly needed to replace.. and I wanted to see in his opinion what I needed done after listening to his $1885 recommendation I was like ok lets do it after looking at my bill I Realized that theses guys were charging me for things that my vehicle doesn't even need .. for 1 I was told my breaks were wearing unevenly front and back and that a brake flush for what ever reason would fix that.. My breaks in the back were just replaced not long ago and I only drive this vehicle on the weekends... but I was still like ok whatever I'll just get it over with... so I'm sitting looking at this ridicules bill and couldn't help but notice I was being charged over 10 hours of labor at over $110 an hour for ball joints, a tie rod and break replacement.. That ain't event the worst part I was looking at parts and charges and they were charging me over 2 times as much as the part actually cost .. they supposedly use moog parts so I did my research... I called them up and told them I don't want anything extra just breaks he told me ok no problem.. I drive back to the shop as he told me they were already done with the brake to find them rushing to put the breaks back together .. but wait it gets worse the younger guy comes out and says that he broke the bolt off my caliper bracket and that I needed to replace it on my expense cause I guess its my fault that he was being negligent with my vehicle.. I'm like ok I'm not gonna argue just get a new one I'll pay for it ... he then told me at 3pm that he'd have to keep it till the next afternoon because my part wasn't in stock that he had to get it from the dealer... at this point I'm furious because this is my business vehicle and to be down on a Friday just wasn't setting with me .. I picked up the phone called car quest and what do you know they have it in stock.... Not only did I have to replace the part but I had to take a $60 Lyft to get it and bring it back b4 they closed at 6... worse experience Iv ever had with just a brake replacement... Lowered cars can now rejoice! I thought I was screwed on finding an alignment shop to do my car locally. I went to a few shops and because I had coilovers which barely lowered my s2000. Many of the shops I asked were asking for three times their normal rate. If your car is lowered this is the only shop I recommend. His alignments are done by HAND and his prices for modified cars are fair! He can do alignments with the car on the floor.I'm not sure how low he can go... Maybe somebody with a slammer can let us know! He will test to make sure your car drives straight and will put the car on his rack if he is not comfortable with how it drives! (Unless you have a bucket seat ) My car tracked straight as soon as Roberto locked down the tie rods the three times I have taken it to his shop! read more

After getting some bids, they seemed the most reasonable and still reputable, so I made an appointment. When I arrived, they hooked up my car for an alignment (I'd been told by Costco it probably needed one based on previous tire wear), but the figures were all meeting manufacturer's specs. Turns out the inside shoulder wear was probably because I never rotated the previous tires. So they handed me back the keys and said they never charge for good news. I even had new windshield wipers in my front seat to remind myself to change them out...they replaced the old ones for me. Love this crew. read more

Would NOT recommend this shop for brake service! Brought my car in to get brake pads replaced and provided my own OEM pads so they would only charge me for labor. My car was returned with extremely squeaky brakes. Took it to the dealer for service and they said the reason for the excessive squeaking was due to missing shims, which Riverside Pro Alignment and Brakes did not reinstall after changing the pads. This is a father/son business, Robert Sr. Has many many years working as a mechanic, Robert Jr. Is attending auto mechanic school and is up to date on all the latest tech and tools, he is very knowledgeable and has answers to everything I have asked, also when he works on your vehicle he will thoroughly explain to you what needs to be done, Last time he fixed my Ram truck I asked him if he torqued and sequence tighten the metal to resin parts and he personally took me to my truck and showed me the torque and sequence specs. Got my car lowered here as well as aligned and it was super fast as well as convenient. Originally inquired through the app and responded super quick to my request for a quote. I never made an appointment due to my busy schedule but when I had a day off dropped it off to these guys to have them take care of my Focus ST. Roberto kept me updated on the progress of my car and his dad (the mechanic) even gave me a detailed description of how the alignment went with recommendations on how to fix the negative camber on my back wheels. Robert sr and Robert jr took care of my alignment. Given my truck is bigger with bigger wheels and tires they're still able to manually align it. Didn't over charge and did it right.
