Kenni, the owner, is amazing and always makes sure you're fully informed. I was able to be seen right away, only took about an hour and that's with him taking me for a ride and making sure I was happy with the results. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the knowledge and value they offer and I will be coming back when I need another alignment.

They fixed the AC blower motor on my 2017 Tesla Model S and it made a huge difference right away. Everything was done efficiently and professionally, and they kept me informed the entire time. I also really appreciated that they use OEM Tesla parts because it gave me peace of mind knowing the repair was done the right way. What I loved most was how transparent they are. They use a system that texts you updates and actually shows you the parts that need attention, so you can see exactly what's going on with your car. It made me feel comfortable and confident that they were being honest and not trying to get over on me. On top of that, they took the time to provide me with a maintenance plan so I can keep my car in the best shape possible. I was at the Greek place on Merrill, and when I was in the drive-through, I saw the suspension place across the street, so I thought I'd step in for some quick questions. Everybody was super cool, and even though they were busy, the guy mentioned they'ld do a free front end diagnosis to determine my brake condition. He said sometimes that means you do need new rotors. They were pretty busy, but I only had to wait about 15 minutes until they got a bay open. Turns out it wasn't my brakes at all, I had a bad strut on one side. During the evaluation, they mentioned they are also specialists in Lexus rear airbag suspension. Luckily, my rear suspension was fine and I only had that single bad strut. I decided to get both taken care of as well as the alignment for the front and rear. They also gave me a 10% discount on the alignment work because I had a major repair. I took an Uber home, because they said they might not have the job completed the same day. But they got parts delivered early, and my car was done before 5:00. Excellent work, and I didn't feel like they were trying to misrepresent any aspect of the job. As a matter of fact, I asked about any more things I needed done, and they said I was pretty much solid. Excellent shop.

Now it pulls like it should, holds gear on grades, and sits at the right RPM on the freeway. Clean install, dialed setup, quiet diffs. What really sold me came after. My rear diff breather clogged and blew the seals. That wasn't on them, but they fixed it and gave me a break on the cost anyway. They stood by their work and took care of me. That's rare. If you're running bigger tires and wondering why your rig feels slow, this is the fix. These guys know FJs and they treat you right. Highly recommend.

First, I went to your establishment for a re-gearing to 4:88 front and rear axles and an Eaton TruTrak to replace the OEM rear locker. After waiting at your shop for 8 hours, My vehicle was delivered to me with an error code "service 4wd". When I went back in and inquired about it, YOU'RE staff told me, "drive it for a while it will go away". That issue never resolved. I called PWG to schedule a fix appointment. At that appointment your tech put a solenoid to correct the "service 4wd" lamp and a requested rear diff cover. Why that solenoid wasn't done initially, I don't understand? I live in Palm Springs and for me to come to your shop because of your tech not performing installation correctly is a costly inconvenience to me! While getting an oil change at my regular mechanic, that's when he brought to my attention about your tech damaging my steering stabilizer, fluid actively leaking from rigs front drivers side axle and the transfer case. ALL areas your tech had to perform work on in order to do the re-gearing, and that were NOT leaking or damaged before your techs working on my vehicle. I tried to contact you on many occasions, to no avail. Finally, when I did talk to you about this, and said if it doesn't get fixed I will go to BAR for filing a claim, to which your response was, "go ahead"! Is this how a rightfully dissatisfied customer is treated at PWG? Currently I still have a rig that I can't even get into 4L. Those are the facts! Thanks.

So I had to tow the car back to my place and take off for 3 weeks and come back. So pretty much my car was stuck at my apartment's parking lot. When I came back, I called places but they said I would need to tow the car and do a diagnostic test and then they can tell me what's up. I just came back from my trip and I was still recovering from Jetlag so I decided to try mobile service and I found Raul on yelp and oh boy, did he come fast to the rescue! Don't be fool by the cover people, Raul is polite and respectful and I am glad that I was able to get help from him. So he looked at the under hood and said it was an alternator problem. So we bought the alternator from local AutoZone and he was able to replaced it like within 2 second. lol... Also, the cool part was, he bought his home boy aka his cousin or nephew (sorry it's been awhile) and was teaching him.. man I wish I had a cousin like Raul. Anyway, after 8 months, car is running like a new, so far so good with no big issue. But lately, being hot summer in Riverside, I do notice when I try to break with AC on full blast or when I try to turn the wheel while engine is in idle mode, car starts to shake which was not there before. So I'm off to texting Raul to see if he can help again. Btw, he also reached out, like a follow-up after all these times to see how my car was doing... seriously? Who does that!!!! Gracias Raul!

My experience with Kormodiv has been the best yet from all the mechanic shops I've ever been too! Started to see them on Instagram and already started to feel the brand, then I was referred to them by one of my boys so I definitely I had to check them out. The first time I went, I wanted to have them install a test pipe and at the same time kinda just have them check out the vehicle so I know how everything is with the car since I recently just bought it. (audi a4 b8). Mike and Dave gave me the run around and informed me with everything I had questions on and was concerned about. I felt comfortable with their service and knowledge from the gecko. Best part about my first visit was that they ironically had a used set of rotiform tmb's sitting at the shop from Dave's A4. Helllaa good condition & perfect specs for my fitment style! I was curious to see if they would sell it and how much... and let me tell you they hooked me up fat with those wheels and had me driving home with fresh pairs of shoes! Including tires! Such a steal. Definitely made my day/ year! Lol Second time I visited I had some water swallowed up from my intake and into the block due to the heavy rain and floods this past week. Was worried sh*tless that my engine could've been done. Kormodiv saved it, did what they had to do to ensure my car was in good shape to run! Weight immediately got off my chest and knew my car was in good hands. Everything turned out A ok and nothing was bent or broken. I'm glad to say I finally found a shop that I know I can trust and feel comfortable with. Far from my place but DEFINITELY worth the drive.. or the tow.. lol. Kormodiv was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, their professionalism stood out. I needed the headlights fixed on our Acura MDX, and they were able to handle the job with ease. Not only was the service reasonably priced, but I also appreciated the options they provided, which gave me flexibility in choosing the best route forward. Mike and his team were transparent about the issues with the headlights and gave me a clear breakdown of the pricing, which made the entire process much less stressful. They also had my car for an additional 4 days outside of the week. They lost my keys and delayed collecting my car, they lost my tire lock, broke my phone stand, and they rummaged through my belongs in my car. Refused a refund and they also lack communication. Please see a different shop for your services.
