Washer/ Dryer installed but breaker would not stay in on position, call Crowe , ( upset) on a SINDAY, and a fella answered who clearly knew what was going on. The installer combined natural & ground ( not unusual) nevertheless it needed to be separate per Crowe. Ok, corrected all works. SOOOO I would give Crowe a 9.5 and only reason not a 10 is because they are very expensive. Three guys got a 1 man maybe 2 job and not sure length of Romex/ BX type cable correct . Total price just under 1800.00 yikes. That said, putting that out of my mind, I will call these guys again in future

They also ran 240V into the garage for a possible EV charger. None of this was simple -- It required trenching between the house and the garage, and since our house is eighty years old, they had to do a lot of fiddling around old electric and telephone wires. My wife bought an all-electric vehicle two weeks ago and Paul advised me on which charger to buy, installed it two days ago and we love it!
