I got on phone, toldnhim my concern. He said he would be out, never showed. So he had faulty intentions. Unfortunately , his business address is a single residence as I was physically going to go to the business. I understand things go wrong, but a professional business should deal with issues in a professional manner. Next Now to proceed legally. May call "Ben has my Back" I am not giving up! The woman on the other end couldn't have cared less that my basement was flooded, I had no heat or water, that we're regular customers and that no one called back. She said the tech was on vacation! So why have a calling service if you're not going staff it appropriately or care to respond? Frankly if the tech called me back and said he was on vacation I would have been fine with that so I could have moved on to another emergency service sooner.
