I dealt with this a lot when building my home or making improvements over the last 4 years. I'm very happy to say Air Doctor is a breath of fresh air!! (no pun intended) They came to my house ON TIME for the initial estimate on a Friday morning and were on time again Monday to do the install. It's a humidifier so it's never going to be a work of art but the install was very clean. They went beyond even what I would consider my insanely high standards to do an install to hide almost every single wire or seam you could imagine. Heck it even took them less time to do the job then they told me and nicely cleaned up the area when they were done. I had them come back to replace a pressure tank, which is an easy job. Charged me $600/hr. plus materials. The work was fine, but I asked for an itemised invoice three times and never got more than a basic total. I work with major contractors at my job all the time so I know what should be listed. It was pretty easy to figure out their material costs were, so the hourly came out to $600, which is off the charts crazy. I liked them initially, but the juice ain't worth the squeeze at $600 an hour.
