I received a notification that my order had arrived, so I called to ask if my firearm was ready. A very stubborn person answered and told me they would call me when my gun was ready for pickup. Ten minutes later, the same person called to say I could come and get my firearm. When I arrived, he told me that if I was going to keep calling to ask about my order, I should go somewhere else because I have to wait for them to call me, not the other way around. I've been using their FFL since 2021 and bought ammunition many times, but after this incident, I will not be going back to that store.

They gave me a tracking number for UPS that has not cracked in two days because UPS has not received the item. 1ZR5C953YW11171443 I sent an email to them this morning because they have not responded to. They are now closed. I sent an email through their website "contact us" link and they're saying it takes 24 to 48 hours to respond to an email. I told him just to cancel the order if they haven't dropped it off yet and refund my money, I will go buy it somewhere else. I'm all about supporting small businesses, but not small businesses that don't pay attention to the customers.

I purchased two Partisan Disruptor triggers, spending over $500 total. One arrived broken and unsafe. The other has never functioned reliably despite extensive troubleshooting. To eliminate variables, I tried multiple buffers and springs, including the recommended XP spring from the manufacturer. I tested different M16 and AR-15 BCGs, multiple calibers (5.56, .300 Blackout, and 9mm), supers and subs, and barrel lengths ranging from 9" to 20". The result was always the same: one shot would fire, followed by a light primer strike on the next round. I followed the troubleshooting guide exactly as written and still could not get consistent operation. To BattleHawk's credit, the sales listing stated that trigger sales were final. However, I expected at least some assistance when dealing with a defective and potentially unsafe product. Instead, I was directed to the manufacturer. The manufacturer then pointed me back to the retailer. As the customer, I ended up stuck in the middle while being out more than $500. What makes this more frustrating is that I purchased a couple of Atrius SS triggers from AR15Discounts that cost less and worked correctly from the start. In my experience, AR15Discounts has also provided significantly better customer service. I wasn't expecting a guaranteed refund. I was hoping for some guidance, advocacy, or willingness to help resolve the issue. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any of that. Because of this experience, I'll be taking my business elsewhere in the future. Two stars because the product issues may not be BattleHawk's fault, but the customer service response left me feeling completely abandoned when things went wrong. If you're considering these triggers, I would proceed cautiously. My experience with both the product and the support process was extremely disappointing.

The owner told me that "oh no, the Shield mag is much more." The deal he would agree to in the trade was an additional $13.50. As a businessman I understand making a profit. Came out during Father's Day weekend and found it to be quite busy. Reservations are needed to book a time and lane. Upon entering facility the shop is full of merchandise. Back of the shop are walls of guns and counter for consultation. Professional customer service, especially for first time customers. Safety video, waiver, and ID check are needed. Takes 10 min. The guys who manage are efficient. Cost for 1 lane, 2 people, 2 sets of protective gear, and 4 targets was around $42.xx It's BYOGA (bring your own gun + ammo) or rentals are available. Shooting range is behind checkout counter where it is very secure with ingress and egress of patrons. I noticed two ranges. Shooting range we entered is a good size. Surveillance monitors shooters to make sure rules are obeyed. There is room to maneuver in own lane but can be tight when all lanes are filled. Overall it was a great place to get an opportunity to shoot a gun. It was fun to come out with a couple of friends. We were able to get a lane close to each other. We met some people in between us as well. Other patrons were nice and mature. I look forward to coming back and getting more practice in shooting.
