I have ordered many many items from this place with ZERO issues. I don't know why there are so many bad reviews? They have always fulfilled my order, almost always the cheapest option, shipped within a week. Only issue is one time they didn't send me the tracking to my order and didn't notify me it sent so it was sitting at the store for me to pick up. Sitting for about a week but it's fine, that happens. That's an automated email anyways, most likely not on them. Even if it was, I was able to quickly resolve it. Ordered an Atrius super safety. Price was no better than anywhere else. Somehow I got on their mailing list so I thought I would give them a shot. They gave me a tracking number for UPS that has not cracked in two days because UPS has not received the item. 1ZR5C953YW11171443 I sent an email to them this morning because they have not responded to. They are now closed. I sent an email through their website "contact us" link and they're saying it takes 24 to 48 hours to respond to an email. I told him just to cancel the order if they haven't dropped it off yet and refund my money, I will go buy it somewhere else. In 2025 I'm numb to the fact that everyone who sells me a pack of gum or changes my oil wants an immediate review. I ignore a lot of these requests. BattleHawk didn't even ask for a review but I'm so happy with them, I feel I owe them one. I really wanted to add a .45 ACP 1911 to my collection but didn't want to spend a lot for a range toy. My research led me to Tisas, but they don't seem to be in any of my local gun shops. It was time to make my first online firearm purchase. I decided to go with the Raider and found a very good price with one of the big name online dealers. I was about to "pull the trigger" but decided at the last minute to search again, adding keywords "best price." That led me to BattleHawk Armory (unfamiliar to me) and a significantly lower price that I couldn't pass up! I wasn't sure what to expect having never bought online before, but their website is informative and spells out the process clearly. I made the purchase on a Sunday, received an immediate emailed order confirmation, got a shipping notice with tracking number on Monday, and before noon on Wednesday, I got the call from my local FFL that it was ready for pickup! The price, communication, and delivery time were all better than I expected and I'm happy to give BattleHawk Armory a 5-star recommendation. I've had decent luck with BattleHawk Armory in the past and have spent a fair amount of money with them over the years, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I purchased two Partisan Disruptor triggers, spending over $500 total. One arrived broken and unsafe. The other has never functioned reliably despite extensive troubleshooting. To eliminate variables, I tried multiple buffers and springs, including the recommended XP spring from the manufacturer. I tested different M16 and AR-15 BCGs, multiple calibers (5.56, .300 Blackout, and 9mm), supers and subs, and barrel lengths ranging from 9" to 20". The result was always the same: one shot would fire, followed by a light primer strike on the next round. I followed the troubleshooting guide exactly as written and still could not get consistent operation. To BattleHawk's credit, the sales listing stated that trigger sales were final. However, I expected at least some assistance when dealing with a defective and potentially unsafe product. Instead, I was directed to the manufacturer. The manufacturer then pointed me back to the retailer. As the customer, I ended up stuck in the middle while being out more than $500. What makes this more frustrating is that I purchased a couple of Atrius SS triggers from AR15Discounts that cost less and worked correctly from the start. In my experience, AR15Discounts has also provided significantly better customer service. I wasn't expecting a guaranteed refund. I was hoping for some guidance, advocacy, or willingness to help resolve the issue. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any of that. Because of this experience, I'll be taking my business elsewhere in the future. Two stars because the product issues may not be BattleHawk's fault, but the customer service response left me feeling completely abandoned when things went wrong. If you're considering these triggers, I would proceed cautiously. My experience with both the product and the support process was extremely disappointing. read more

Never again. I purchased an optic, an osight c, for about 128 that was in stock online. Great price, I hope to see it some day since I've already paid for it. I made that purchase on 5-31, it's now 6-19 and the order shows a status of "Doubleship". For the first week it had a status of "Further Research Required", having no idea what that means, I "contacted" support, which means I chatted with the bot and they took 2 days to respond. It turns out my "in stock online" item can't be shipped from the vendor they're getting it from to me, so the vendor will ship to Battlehawk, who will then ship to me. It took them a week to figure that out. It's now been 3 weeks. They don't even have it yet to ship to me. Odd, when I loaded this place in yelp, the first comment said something about fast shipping. I could get this OVERNIGHT from Amazon, so they can't be that hard to find. And this for a product listed as in stock online. Here's what I think is going on...that same optic is now selling for 200. I firmly believe they just don't want to give me one at the 128 price they sold it to me for. They sure took their money off my credit card the next day though, which I thought was illegal. I though you could only charge people when you ship the item, bad form at the least. I'm now expecting it to get lost or just bogged down to the point where they hope I cancel, since they're getting another 70 dollars for the item. Despicable company, despicable practice, I'll make sure EVERY single person I know that shoots hears this story too. I was hoping to wait until I got the product to post this review, to avoid "punishment" from them by further delaying or otherwise messing with my order, but I'm not sure I'll ever see it at this point anyway. I ordered it on 4/9 and it was at my dealer in Pa. by 4/13. Two days if you don't count the weekend! Shipping was the lowest of anyone also! On Nov 17, 2025 I placed an order with Battlehawk armory for SAR 2000 pistol. As of now, Dec 18, I still do not have the item. The tracking number provided, shows that the item is "moving between location" for the last week. I placed over 10 phone calls to Battle Hawk armory, not a single time someone picked up the phone. Not a single time someone returned a call. HORRID customer service. Meanwhile, the gun is lost, I have neither the money, nor the gun. I requested for them to re-send it to me, they refused. I ordered several Wilson Combat 1911 magazines on sale. When they arrived, I realized that they were the wrong caliber. I missed that detail in the sale ad. Finding the return procedure was difficult; it's buried in their web site and took a while to find. The process was not easy, I returned them unopened and I had to pay return shipping AND $25.00 (a large percentage of my total order.) On their site: "Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees to be responsible for paying original shipping cost, return shipping cost, RTS fees or other associated charges, and a 20% Order Cancellation fee if your order is cancelled for any reason after your order is submitted for processing." Okay, so they warn you. So what? That does not build customer trust. In the future, I will pay just a little bit more and buy from Midway, Brownells, Palmetto State Armory or AR15 Discounts. They are unapologetic of their mistakes, and would quote their terms and conditions to their favor to shrug off as quickly as they can. I purchased six 40 cal ammo cans from BHA. These were shipped to me with the wrong sized lids...or wrong size can. I have no idea which one is the wrong size because these guys would not answer my question. After a couple of weeks, I inquired again. No answer. Finally, I got a response as follows: "We only have 40 cal cans and lids they absolutely snap right on. If you don't like it then file a dispute. $30 in ammo cans is not worth my time. Good bye" The lids have 5 hinges, the cans have 6 hinge points...obviously the lids do not "snap right on." As requested, I filed a dispute, with pictures of everything they asked for...clear image of the packing receipt, the product, and officially asked for a refund. This was the response to my request: "No- To long didnt read" ...and that is why I have cancelled my order for a pair of long rifles that I had sitting in my cart. This level of arrogance is not only bad customer service, but essentially is fraud. They admit to only selling 40 cal cans, but the can they sent me was not a 40 cal can, it was a can labeled for 5.56x45mm ammo...and the lids do not fit. So, fraud is the only answer here. They have intentionally deceived a buyer by offering a 40 cal can, then shipped a 5.56mm cal can to fulfill the order and sent the wrong lids or vice versa. Further, they refused a legitimate request for a refund submitted in accordance with their own demand for images of the product and shipping document and a formal request for a refund. I would never do business with these fraudsters and recommend you consider the kind of business that would rudely reply to a legitimate complaint about receiving the wrong product regardless of the price paid. I am a FFL. BattleHawk Armory shipped a firearm to me without including a copy of their FFL. There was no paperwork stating the name of the buyer or a description of the firearm. I looked up their phone number and got an answering machine. Option #4 was for FFL questions. So I sellected #4 and it said there is no telephone support for FFL questions. I cannot process the gun untilI I receive the proper paperwork. Order from someone who knows what they are doing. read more
