I got double eyelid surgery here. I am completely botched and multiple people have asked me what the "dots" on my eyes are, it's so embarrassing. So many things went wrong and the patient care coordinator just keeps gaslighting me by basically telling me that what I'm concerned about shouldn't be a concern? Mind you, this place advertised on their Instagram that they would provide in depth aftercare once their patients get the surgery done. I got nothing. All they did was ask if i'm in any pain. I asked the nurse if i should take off the bandaid on my eyes and she said to just keep it on until i see the doctor again. Tell me why i go to the doctor and he tells me the nurse should've told me to take it off completely after 3 days? I had it on for an entire week because of what the nurse told me (i have proof of this) now for the best part! the right side of my eye is still a monolid. the "fold" that they made has completely loosened and u can see the thread coming out. on my left eye, the thread they used is coming out and whenever i touch that area or even blink, it hurts SO much. they basically made me write them a 5 star review after my surgery and i did because i was so happy with the results right after surgery, but i'm writing a new one now because i'm completely botched. im so upset. i don't know what to do with the pain in my left eyelid. i shouldn't have had came here in the first place. please learn from me and don't get any surgical procedures here read more

I went in as a first time customer for a traditional Korean facial. 10 mins into the facial, she started to use a needle for extractions and she popped a blood vessel on my nose willing would NOT STOP BLEEDING. After feeling the blood and seeing 5 cotton rounds soaked in blood, I felt so unsafe and told her to stop so I could leave immediately. The manager texted me and after showing her photos of the damage, the manager told me she should of charged extra for extractions as an additional service. Before my appointment, the receptionist gave me a call to confirm my appointment. It's nice to have a friendly reminder. While I was waiting for my room to be ready, I noticed they sell skin care products here too. The interior designs of the place are pretty nice and clean. My esthetician was Cecilia. She was friendly, professional, experienced and educated. She has been doing this for over 15 years and you can tell it was more than a profession for her. It was a passion. When she worked, she explained how to take care of your skin. It was informative. We laugh and shared some personal stories and it feels nice. I was comfortable with her. I really like her service. After my facial session was over, I looked at the mirror and my face felt healthier, tighter, smoother, and fresh! I felt relaxed. They used some high end skin care products as well. It took about 2 hours overall. Also, there is a minimum $10 tip and they provide a white envelope. Not only that, they have other services such as body slimming & body contouring, face lift, IV Injection, and etc. Only this weekend they have a special sale for Mother's Day. I got the Signature Seoul Skin Therapy- 20 sessions (10 + 10 free) for $1200. Original price is $120 each session but it was marked off to $80 for a special deal.
