I generally don't write reviews. When I do, it's usually because something made enough of an impact in my life that I feel it deserves to be recognized. I came to OC Spa after years of dealing with acne scarring and skin issues. I've done Fraxel, microneedling, and several other procedures over the years, so to be honest, I wasn't expecting anything drastic. I was hoping for improvement, but I've also been through enough treatments to know not to get my hopes too high. Annie really surprised me. What stood out immediately was her decisiveness and how well she understood what my skin needed. She wasn't guessing. She knew exactly what she wanted to target and why. I've had two subcision sessions and one microneedling session with her so far, and I've already seen noticeable improvement. But what really sets Annie apart is her honesty. This is an industry where it's very easy to feel like people are just trying to sell you something or push the next product or treatment. With Annie, I never felt that. Money is obviously part of any business, but it's very clear that she is not driven by that. She's passionate about what she does, she cares about the work, and she cares about getting the right result for the person sitting in front of her. That kind of honesty is rare, and it shows. It shows in her approach, it shows in the quality of her work, and honestly, it shows on my face. I wish I had found her years ago. I probably would have saved myself hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars on treatments that didn't give me the kind of progress I'm seeing now. And to be honest, if I had spent that money with her instead, it would have been well justified. For anyone dealing with acne scarring, pigmentation, or any kind of skin concern, I really think it's worth going in for a consultation. Prices are great. I get peels done here so can't speak to other services. I waited for a special to buy a bundle - very reasonable. Hours are great since I work and they are open weekends. I've had a different person each time (4 peels of 6 done so far). Everyone is super nice. Love my results so far! I can't thank Annie and Xynathia enough for giving me the opportunity to do my acne scar removal. As Annie's first client, the results were successful! One week later, I noticed quite a difference in skin texture since i had alot of orange peal post teenage years due to incorrect and rough face wash routine. Im amazed at the workflow. To see them working along side, Xynathia was very elegant and firm in her techniques using her fingers to make sure I wasn't going to bruise. Quick and subtle, quick and subtle as she's dropping medicine in and compressing the layers. I can hear the pop and they reassure me those are the layers collapsing. Soo interesting as it's explained! And that's when I knew, Annie is learning from the best!! During the whole procedure, I felt very comfortable as the numbing medicine takes effect. Post treatment, there was this nice and unfamiliar soothing sensation like ice bits on my face as you walk outside to your first wind breeze. Very relaxing. If you were to ask me overall how acne scar feels, to me it's like a bee sting but then you don't experience that excruciating chronic bruising that hurts for days... Later that night washing my face, I only felt a light brushing sensation so pain rating, 5/10 during procedure. 0.8/10 post procedure, very very low for me! Moving forward, This clinic will be my go to for future procedures! If you're planning on skin car cosmetic and aesthetics, I really recommend them for achene scar removal. I came here twice for microneedling prp and I'll be coming back again! My first appt was by Joy and my second appt by Quynh. Austin (the front desk) was very kind and all the staff is very accommodating. If I had any questions about treatments, they were very thorough with explaining, which made me feel very comfortable. Came across this medical spa and called them for an appointment for picosure laser. Located around Saigon town, it is easy to find with plenty of parking in the lot, tucked in a little plaza. I just wanted to say that I'm glad I made an appointment here with Xanthia. Aside from her professionalism and years of experience, Xanthia was extremely kind, funny, personable, and caring! I had picosure laser done, and she was so detailed throughout the entire procedure and applied a cooling mask on my face after to reduce redness and the burning sensation... something other places do not do. I've gotten picosure elsewhere before and when I was done, they just sent me home. Xanthia applied numbing cream since the procedure can be uncomfortable, and made sure I was okay throughout the entire process. She even gave me a sheet mask to go, which was so nice and generous of her because I can tell this one was more on the pricier side tailored for post laser treatments. I had such an amazing experience with Xanthia at OC Aesthetics! I came in to get my lips done and also had some misplaced filler (from a different injector) that I wasn't happy with. Xanthia dissolved the old filler so everything looked even, and then carefully worked with Dysport to create the look I wanted. What I really loved is how thoughtful she was with the process, she injected part of the syringe first, then had me come back within 14 days so my lips had time to settle before adding more.
