The essential oils were so soothing. At the end of the session we stayed in Viparita Karani, and she gave everyone eye pillows :) Also, Kim makes organic yoga mat cleaning wipes and kindly handed them out at the end if the session. I'm trying to develop my crow pose and master dolphin/learn scorpion pose. Kim stayed an extra 10 minutes after class with me teaching/practicing my technique.

When this studio suddenly closed with no notice to loyal members, I was left with 19 passes. I've been trying to get in contact with the studio (in any location) for months & emailed the owner multiple times prior to taking my review public. I am now taking the charge up with my bank to investigate this business & dispute this charge. Absolutely, ridiculous! They don't even have the business etiquette to present as closed online...

Nothing against other forms but I LOVE THE HEAT and feel rejuvenated when leaving those classes. That said, unfortunately for me its a solid 60 minute commute each way to get to this studio so for the near future at least I'm going to make the journey 2-3 x a week. Studio is VERY CLEAN, amazing mens locker room with plenty of lockers (bring own lock) 3 showers and 1 toilet. Had Mori on my first class and she was GREAT. After a few year hiatus it's gonna take a bit to get back to where I was but it is what it is. Plenty of parking, and A TON of shopping in the immediate area, studio is on the 2nd floor!!!!

It is definitely a no judgment zone and Jane is very gentle in guiding you to a proper position in the silk or pose if on the mat. Do you want to lose yourself and find yourself on your mat? Show up, show up as a yes and be open. The class I took is called Everything In, it wasn't easy. You will hold a plank until your arms shake and you will find that just when you want to get out of a pose your transformation begins. So be open to the more. My friend and I are used to a fast flow, so when someone gets you in a plank and leaves you there... you go through the emotions. Question, panic, transformation. Stay. Just stay and welcome in the feelings. Our instructor today was Jewels, she was warm, welcoming, sweet, supportive and genuine. We truly enjoyed her and her savasana was mighty. MIGHTY! I found this studio a few months ago when I decided to reinvent my July 24th for 2025. Last year on this day in 2024 I had surgery to remove the extra skin after losing 165lbs from 311.5lbs and the surgery I came home and unfortunately started bleeding internally and had to go back to the ER for additional surgery in total I lost 4 pints of blood and needed a transfusion. That day I spent most of the day stressed, panicked, unconscious/ in surgery for 10 plus hours unsure of what came next. I knew this year on July 24th I was gonna seize the day and do stuff relaxing and rejuvenating. This yoga session targeted stretching and zen through the class . There was a point where she mentioned to let go of the stuff that's behind us and release it and leave it at the beach. That moment felt great to really zone in the waves and everything at the shore to move past last year. The instructor was very attentive and made sure everyone understood each pose and directed us when to breathe. This was everything I needed for today, the beach setting and the yoga/zen. Beginners or advance levels can take this class. Thank you!

Having never been on a web cam before, I am able to use Zoom very effectively my phone or laptop for yoga where Erica and I see each other and speak to each other ... so it is just like having my own yoga instructor right next to me to give me instructions, encouragement, tweaks to my poses.
