I'm loving the big bad wolf burger. I've had it twice now, with the sweet potato waffle fries. I highly recommend it.

We went to this restaurant at the recommendation of our hotel staff. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon about 2 pm. We were asked to wait 30 minutes to allow the kitchen to catch up. We took advantage of this time to have a "Dixie cup" of wine outside. It was not bad wine for a box wine in a plastic cup. We were seated as promised and waited on promptly. The food was very good. My wife had the Gossett burger and I had the Phiiy Cheesesteak sandwich. The flavors were great and was a decent price. Unfortunately I was very disappointed when we got our bill to find out they charged us .50 when my wife requested some extra Mayo because her burger was a bit dry. This seems very classless for a restaurant. I waited for a reply from an email to the manager but he never bothered to respond. I would not have mentioned it otherwise. Overall a good dining experience but it was tarnished over .50. read more

Came for Saturday brunch and it is a busy game day after all, but we have waited almost an hour for our food and not been asked for a refill for 45 mins. Food is usually always good, and while I'm giving some slack for maybe being short handed, this is unacceptable. read more

The best way to put it is DONT GO THERE! It's the cheapest quality food for a very pricey cost. I should have known when the parking lot was empty at 21:00. Was visiting Jonesboro for a business trip and was recommended to go to JTown's Grill for dinner. Was a really cool atmosphere and service was great. Was recommended the Gooby Burger by the server and I was certainly intrigued. After contemplating, I said yolo and went for it. One of the absolutely best burgers I've ever had. Very unique and packed with tons of flavor. Overall great experience and will certainly visit again if back in town. read more

Hands down, the best burger in Northeast Arkansas. Fries are real good, but the homemade chips are better. I've had almost all the burgers on the menu and every one is amazing. We had a party of 10 on a Sunday afternoon. The service was fairly quick and accurate. I got a Bombshell, which is corned beef on rye with 1000 island dressing. It said it had bacon slaw and, it being my first time here, I assumed that was something akin to the saurkraut that usually comes on a rueben. I was disappointed to find that it was normal cole slaw, similar to what you get on BBQ sandwiches. Totally ruined the taste of the sandwich for me and made the 1000 island and Swiss cheese undectable. Better half got a JTown burger and gave me part of it. It was very good. Cooked perfectly and the ingredients married well. The bread it was made of was REALLY good. Kind of like a mix between Hawaiian bread and yeast rolls. Youngster got a kids meal with a hotdog and fries. Be warned, these aren't normal hotdogs. They are huge-- about 2" in diameter-- and much too big for a small boy to eat. He filled up on french fries and we brought the dog home to cut into strips. Everybody else said their's was good. Most plates were cleaned when we left. A bit pricy for sandwiches, but the taste of most things justified the high prices. read more

Gossett Burger with waffle fries with quest and bacon on top. The burger had a unique taste with the sweet bun it came on. Something I would definitely eat again if I ever come back down this direction. Game day atmosphere, considering the stadium is directly across the street and it's game day here starting in about 3 hours. I'm surprised this place is not packed, but I have a feeling they will be here shortly. Fast friendly service. Could be bigger, but I guess this is a small town. This is for sure my favorite place to eat breakfast, my husband lives it because he can get the best Bloody Mary ever here for breakfast!!!! The staff is amazing, the chef , out of this world phenomenal. The food is great! I have been here before and I have reviewed it before. I have only had two good waitresses out of six visits. I had Sandra four times. She sat at the bar and looked at facebook and didn't service us. Her attitude is just bland like she doesn't wanna work. I only tip for waiters and waitresses that give good service. This restaurant is a great find in Jonesboro it is located by Arkansas State University. The food is great but is pricey for lunch and dinner. Breakfast is greatly priced and is easy on the wallet. Thee breakfast menu is great and does have some good items. The wait staff is great Ms. Tammy who use to work on the weekend was the best. When I would come in a smile and she greeted me by name she know what I wanted and within minutes my breakfast would come out hot and mouth watering. This was the second time I ate at JTown's over the past few months. I rarely order the same entrée twice but the ribeye cheesesteak sandwich is so good that I did just that. I also shared an order of the wings as appetizer with a buddy several weeks ago and they were also very good. If you go on Thursday like I did happy hour last all day; they had some really good drafts on happy hour. There are plenty of other food choices in this area but I would certainly recommend JTown's. read more

I just moved to the area and this place is not far from my house. I go about once every two weeks. Also when people from work are in we always end up here. The best thing is probably their burgers. I haven't had a bad one yet. The best had peanut butter on it!!!! Also generally I'm not a sucker for app either but I was recommended the wings. They smoke them daily. Loved this spot. Our rugby player recommended it after a game. While we waited for the guys to clean up we ordered dirty fries. These are not your ordinary fries. The are like thick slices of potatoes fried a little crisp on the edges. We saw the big smoker out back and asked what they cook out there. We were told the meat for the ribeye sandwich, sausages, pork, chicken and the wings. I had the wings w dry rub no sauce. They are crisp and smoky. My SO had the ribeye sandwich which he really enjoyed. The manager was accommodating when we added an extra table for another rugby player and family. I went after they had been opened for a while. I try not to judge from the first few days. I ordered a salad along with a table of people who ordered various appetizers. We waited for over an hour to get the food. I had to get my good to go so I could get back to work on time. My to go order had no dressing and no utensils. That is a pet peeve of mine when getting a tiff to go. Everyone else thought there food was sub par...not bad, but not worth the wait and price. The thing that was most surprising is that is was not even busy and this is the. Service we had.
