This guy…read morecalled a few days after being dispatched he called and asked for a photo of the old water heater and said he'd order a new one but if the warranty company asked, tell them he came out to see the old one. He randomly showed up after dark one evening and said I have your new water heater, left it in my garage and said they'd be back to install it. Eventually the water heater was installed and I paid him $50 to place my new water heater 2 to 3 feet from where the old one was located. He then asks if we have a way of getting rid of the old water heater (which is sitting outside my garage today). No, you were supposed to replace the water heater (bring a new one and take the old). The install was exactly a month ago and my new water heater is now leaking!

He then submitted to home warranty company stating it was a leaky faucet, fraud plan and simple. He didn't even bring tools and had to borrow a tape measure. He only submitted the diagnostic after I called and requested a new technician come out because it took him 7 days to submit it. He is not knowledgeable with plumbing at all, I would highly recommend avoiding this guy like the plague.

If you're looking for a quick cheap fix keep looking you won't find that with Advanced Plumbing. What you will get is a job done correctly following all applicable standards and codes utilizing the best available materials. I see a few really bad reviews here and that's a shame because Bruce is very skilled. He is from a generation that takes pride in a job done right.
