He was always a quick message away and his effort and dedication was evident from the beginning. He helped with multiple issues that came up including negotiations and repairs. But most importantly, he was honest and considered my best interest in the decisions he recommended, which the other reviews here will also attest to. I actually found Shane through Yelp and am very happy that I made contact. I know who I'm going to the next time I have a real estate-related issue.

I was amazed how quickly he was able to get both transactions completed. The condo was listed at the end of January and in a couple of days we had a firm buyer. This was in a building that had similiar properties that were on the market for weeks or months. Ours was in contract in a few days and closed 3 weeks later. It was the fastest sale of a property that I've personally experienced in my life. Once we had a buyer, Shane focused on helping us negotiate buying another investment property. We found a house in Henderson. The house had just been listed and by the time we were able to get an appointment to tour the house (Feb 10) there were 4 or 5 other interested parties. We liked the house and Shane advised us what to bid. Then we waited, but Shane was working behind the scenes negotiating with the seller's agent. With his skills, he was able to get the seller's agent to accept our bid over the others. It didn't stop there. Once we got the appraisal and inspection reports, Shane was able to get the seller to agree to the lower appraisal amount, saving us thousands off the asking price. We closed escrow about a month after our initial tour of the house. Shane coordinated and negotiated everything for us. Even worked with the lender that I had chosen. He certainly made both transactions go smoothly. We wouldn't think of working with a different agent when we're ready to buy/sell property.

Selling a home after a family member passes away is always going to be super stressful, but my…read moresituation was especially difficult because the home my late uncle owned in Vegas was co-owned by my ailing grandmother, and I was out of the state trying to manage her care. From the moment I reached out to him, Tony (and, later, his associate Rachael DiPietro) made the homeselling process incredibly smooth, keeping me in the loop at each step of the way, instantly responding to every question I had, and making sure to look out for our family's best interests. After a couple phone calls, I met him in person when I flew in to Vegas to move some things out of the home, and he checked every box, just a genuinely smart, knowledgable person. He went above and beyond at every step, hiring the contractors to clean the home, handle landscaping, and photograph it for sale. He literally got on his hands and knees with a bottle of Goo Gone to remove a bunch of carpet tape marks left in the kitchen! Who does that?? As for the sale, we ended up with multiple bids right away and it closed above asking. Except for one notary signing, everything was handled remotely and digitally, which was exactly what we needed at this difficult time. I don't know how it could have gone any smoother. Incredibly impressed, I can't recommend him highly enough.

When it came time to buy my forever home, Allison Jung was my very first call--and for good reason…read more A few years ago, Allison and her business partner helped me purchase my commercial property, and last year she helped me find the perfect rental home on the south end of Las Vegas. After those experiences, I knew exactly who I wanted representing me when it was time to buy. From day one, Allison listened to what mattered most to me. I wanted to stay close to my business on the south side of the valley, have a single-story home for my aging Labradors (and eventually for myself), and find a house with a large backyard. She was incredibly accommodating, showing me six homes in a single day--something many Realtors I've worked with in the past weren't willing to do. She encouraged me to send her homes I found while also recommending properties I may have overlooked. Her patience is truly unmatched. I looked at countless homes before narrowing it down to two favorites, and even then, she happily scheduled one more showing so I could be completely confident in my decision. When we found "the one," the listing agent let us know there were multiple strong offers. Allison walked me through every option, helping me make a competitive offer while staying within my financing and budget. Even after our initial offer wasn't accepted, she immediately came up with creative strategies to strengthen it. Thanks to her guidance and negotiation skills, my offer was accepted! Ironically, my dream home turned out to be a two-story home in Silverado Ranch--but it's a rare unicorn with the primary bedroom on the first floor. It has two guest bedrooms and a loft upstairs, giving me so much more space than any of the single-story homes I had considered. Now I have the perfect office, an extra room for my clothes, and a huge backyard where my Labs can run and play. Best of all, there's no HOA after 22 years of living in HOA communities! One of the most stressful parts of the process came when my lender's underwriter unexpectedly dropped my loan. Allison stayed calm, kept everything moving, communicated flawlessly with the seller, and helped me navigate every challenge until we successfully closed. Even after closing, Allison's support didn't end. As I began planning my remodel, she coordinated additional walkthroughs with contractors and vendors, communicated with the seller, and even showed up in person simply to support me. That level of dedication is incredibly rare. With more than 25 years of experience in the Las Vegas market, Allison is knowledgeable, professional, patient, and genuinely cares about her clients. She never pressured me, respected my budget, and ultimately helped me find a home that's even better than I imagined--while leaving room in my budget for new flooring, paint, lighting, and other updates. I couldn't recommend Allison Jung more highly. If you're buying or selling a home in Las Vegas, you'll want her on your side. I feel incredibly lucky to have had her in my corner throughout this journey.

We are remote landlords, and this was our second time working with Allison to sell a rental property in Las Vegas. The first sale took place in spring 2022 when the housing market was very strong. However, when we decided to sell our last rental condo in early October 2025, the timing was much more challenging. We had to list during the holiday season in a much weaker market, and the condo was bit older. Despite these challenges, Allison guided us through every step of the process with professionalism, exceptional market knowledge, extensive experience, tireless dedication, and great care. From the very beginning in early October, Allison visited our condo to have a thorough initial inspection. She provided excellent advice and practical suggestions for repairs and remodeling before listing. After the kitchen remodel and other updates, the condo looked more modern and attractive. Allison and Erin also did a beautiful staging and arranged high-quality professional photography and a 3D tour, ensuring the property was presented at its best. With detailed market research and a smart marketing strategy, Allison helped generate multiple offers within just days of listing, effectively creating a seller's market for our condo even in a difficult market. After the buyer's inspection, Allison continued to support us by referring reliable, honest contractors who completed repairs at very reasonable prices, making the process much less stressful for us as out-of-town owners. We also experienced a longer escrow period due to reason beyond our control. Throughout this time, Allison advised us to remain patient, kept us well informed, and confidently guided us through the process. Since we were not local, Allison went above and beyond, handling many additional tasks on our behalf to ensure everything stayed on track. Despite the tough market conditions, we successfully sold our condo at a price we were very happy with. We truly couldn't have asked for a better experience or more outstanding service from Allison and Erin. Allison has exceptional knowledge, skills, and experience, and most importantly, she genuinely cares about her clients. We highly recommend Allison to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Las Vegas. You will be very happy to have Allison as your agent!

We sat through the first used car salesman who would start many questions with "raise your hand if." Five obviously yes questions culminated in a request to sign up for the 3 day $997 class. At the beginning of the meeting they said "don't leave early because everyone will get a $250 travel voucher. Lunch turned out to be a lunch meat sandwich in a box with a bag of chips and a apple. No drink. I was a sucker and stayed for the travel voucher. Tried to use it. Found out that you could purchase items, wine and travel. Tried to purchase a over priced kitchen mixer. Could I apply the $250 to the cost......no. They let you apply a small amount. With the $50 discount it was cheaper to buy the same product online. Voucher worthless. Even my condo presentation people came through with the $200 Visa card. The second speaker was a bigger used car salesman. He was selling a 2 1/2 day options training class for $299. Actually probably a better deal. More people would probably make money trading options than a "wholesale (no repair) flip" scheme. Save your money. Scott, bring back the show.

Scott himself was not present, of course. This first presenter, "Trent" provided some very basic strategies about a few flip concepts. The "meat" of the highly scripted and staged presentation is ongoing promotion of a $2,000 three-day seminar. Based on further research on my part, I later learned that the $2,000 seminar is basically a sales pitch for $20K to $40K worth of "additional training" and "mentoring." All of the success stories that they described came from these people who bought these additional materials or training. I believe that this is horribly deceptive, misleading and unethical and it seems like they are preying on the unsophisticated and the elderly. The address and phone in this listing cannot be found on their website. Hmmmm... What really confused me was their "no credit" loan process. There were no details on how this really works, and there are zero opportunities for questions or discussion from the audience. The communication was all one-way, well crafted and tightly controlled. The tax liens presentation was interesting, but it had a $1,500 "membership" for access. The presenter was one of the slickest guys I have ever seen. I'm a marketing professional myself, but I was just marveling at his presentation style. I just looked up my 401K. I've been doing 12.52% since 2009 with pre-tax dollars, so I don't know how much an 18% lien with after-tax dollars really beats that. I left after about 3-1/2 hours, losing out on my "free gifts" in the process.
