To the world,I only want to tell my story out in how I was treated at Calospa Rejuvenation Center…read morein Louisville Ky, I was a client at this facility for 20 + years..so back in 2023 , I decided to talk with Dr Quintero and Lacy McCauley in how to fix my face from where I was going threw Menopause , so they recommended me in having several rounds of Morpheus8 Treatments .. little did I know that this Procedure would FOREVER CHANGE MY LIFE FOR THE WORSE!! So on December 5th 2023 , I had a Morpheus8 Procedure , Ashely Hatfield was the Provider that did this procedure on me , She was Calospa's Head Cordinator at the time & she's a Licensed Medical Aesthetician that has twelve years experience in lasor treatments and has multiple awards in Skin Care, so before Ashely performed this procedure on me she numbed my face for 30 minutes with numbing serum ..then she started performing this procedure, while all this time she was Purposely Melting my face , so during this Procedure I told her that my face was burning ( and her comment was this is normal for it to burn alittle ) so after this I kept telling her that my face was burning so after this she hooked a hoes to the Morpheus8 Machine and started blowing off my face and she never checked the setting on the machine , so I made her stop when the needles penetrated threw my right eye, causing severe trama to my right eye..so after a month from this procedure I lost Castastrphic Facial Fat Loss In where both sides of my face was caved in , and this also caused severe damage to my right eye where I couldn't see for weeks ..when I went back to this facility I explained my situation to Dr Quintero and he infact told me that this type of Procedure couldn't melt facial fat, well that's when he took the photo of my before and after Morpheus8 Procedure he also kept trying to gaslight me , so when I went back to the front desk to ask for my Medical Records they denied me of getting them, so months went by and this facility still denied me of my medical records so that's when I had to get ahold of an attorney..it took my attorney months to get them & when he received them they were infact FALSIFIED ..it states in my medical records that I had numerous amounts of Sculptra placed into my buttocks, which definitely was a LIE ..but I did receive Sculptra placed into my face due to the Severe EXTENSIVE FACIAL FAT LOSS ..So this facility called me and told me never show up at there door and if I ever want treatment for me to go to there location in Lexington Kentucky..so knowing I wouldn't NEVER go back to this facility, I decided to go to May's Plastic Surgery Center in Louisville Ky, I knew Dr Mays from where he used to work at Calospa..so when I went to him I explained my situation in how Ashely Hatfield Damaged my face and explained in how Calospa treated me , Dr Mays knew Ashely Hatfield because he worked with her at Calospa before he opened up his own practice..so he recommended me in having rounds of Sculptra..so that's what I done ..I go back a month later to find out that Dr Mays hired Ashely Hatfield to work for his practice : Boy if this wasn't a slap in my face , I have lived in He$L due to the Damages that Ashley Hatfield has caused me , I've already paid out over $18,000 dollars trying to restore my face , nothing holds up due to the Catastrophic Damages that this Provider done to me ..I was in her hands numbed and even looked up the ratings of this provider & they were very good , I honestly don't know why this provider went this deep and I still yet don't know the Heat Setting she used on me ..So please if you decide to go to May's Plastic Surgery Center, this provider works in the Med Spa Department..Please for the Love of God don't let this woman touch your face ..Please Share this Photo as many people as possible, because I don't want no one to ever go threw in what I've been threw in the last three years ..I have Suffered Mentally and Emotionally and Physically and I now have PTSD over this ..Thank you & God Bless

This is the strangest review I have ever written and it will probably hold that title for a while…read more I don't know if people would use Yelp to look for surgeon, but hey, it is one other platform to share information. I am giving 5 stars on my overall experience with the office staff, doctors, pricing, and results. At this practice, I went to see Dr. Geoffrey Durham-Smith for a breast reduction (non-cancer/illness related). I was referred by a friend who had a surgery done by him in the past and was satisfied with the results. I went for a consult (sometimes these are "free" meaning they may be covered by your insurance plan, CHECK WITH YOUR INSURANCE FIRST). At the consult, they will take your general information (height, weigh, blah blah) and it may include taking pictures of your breasts if that is what your surgery is for (it's weird, but just a heads up). Then the doctor will come in and briefly speak with you, ask you a few questions, and give you more information. If you want them to, they will submit a request for medical review/prior authorization to your insurance company to see, if you decide to have the surgery, if it is a covered benefit. Once they receive a response from your insurance company, they will get in touch with you. After the initial anger of my insurance company refusing to even review it for medical necessity (because it was NOT cancer related), I was able to talk with them about the self pay option. When it comes to self pay, they can give a pretty accurate quote (including the doctors fee, anesthesia, operating room, and hospital fees). Make sure to ask what fees may come up NOT included in the quote. I had a few fees come up that they did not say, which led to some anger and heated discussions with them, but everything was sorted out. The office staff was, 99% of the time, helpful and patient with all my questions and paperwork requests (needing receipts, FMLA paperwork for me and a caregiver, disability paperwork for work). The other 1% was after I received an unexpected bill and someone who didn't do the billing/cost information tried to help me and did not have all the information when I was already mad (if you already paid everything for you were quoted and you get another bill when you have already paid everything out of pocket, you would be mad too). Dr. Durham-Smith is a very professional and to the point doctor, he did not chit-chat and shoot the breeze. His bedside manner was all business, which when surgery and pain scare you and make you feel like a child, may not be the best, but the nurses at the office and at the hospital, help with that. I am very happy with my results from this surgery and experience with this office/doctor. If there are any women who are even THINKING about getting breast reduction, I greatly encourage you to at least get a consult, and I would recommend this office. Just make sure you are asking questions of your insurance company and to the office itself when it comes to money and coverage.

This feels misleading and unfair to customers who receive gift certificates in good faith. Based on this experience, I would not recommend purchasing or gifting certificates from CaloSpa unless all expiration terms are clearly disclosed in writing.
