They are really supportive of the local schools and sports in Miamisburg too. The inside is always clean and well taken care of. They are also awesome if you have pets. We have been able to bring in our dog when ordering and they always give us a pup cup for him. He loves when he realizes we are taking a family walk down to Rita's too.

That said, during nearly every visit, I've encountered staff who come across as rude, argumentative, or dismissive without any apparent reason. Even when I've been the only vehicle in the drive-thru, wait times have often been 15-20 minutes. When orders are brought out, the interactions consistently feel unenthusiastic and, at times, abrasive. Unfortunately, this hasn't been an isolated experience--it's been a pattern over multiple visits. I understand that customer service skills take time to develop, but consistent courtesy and professionalism are still important. Because of the repeated experiences I've had, I've decided I can no longer support this business.
