Don't sleep on this little gem on Pal Park's Broad Ave. It might look like another Korean café/dessert shop, but it's so much more. Actually, their brunch/dinner menu is better than their pastries and drinks! I've been here many times (mainly in the late evenings) and it's ALWAYS busy and packed. If you come with a large group, you might have to wait for a table. The café itself is small and seating can feel tight. They have a newly renovated outdoor area/garden in the back. It's cozy and intimate so I can recommend this spot for a date. You can come here for a sweet treat, morning coffee, brunch, or dinner. They have everything from coffee to bubble tea to pasta to steak to burgers to cakes to shaved ice and so much more. I initially didn't expect much, but I've tried different items from their menu and everything is tasty. The food is prepared freshly. I prefer the savory dishes over the desserts and pastries. They have touch screens on the tables for ordering. Prices are a little high for a small café. My #1 favorite dinner item is the Carbonara pasta (~$18). The sauce is so CREAMY AND RICH and the crunchy chunks of bacon are the perfect touch. It also comes with a side of garlic bread. The filet mignon steak (~$40) is also a good choice! It's tender and juicy. For beverages, you can't go wrong with anything you choose. Their hot chocolate, matcha lattes, and sparkling ades are my go-tos. I've had their desserts too (chocolate fondue, waffle, and special caramel bread). While they're delicious, I do think they're a bit overpriced just for a dessert (~$16-20). We stopped in Jubilee to grab boba before heading out since we had dinner next door. I had the honeydew boba and it was pretty good, not too sweet. X had the regular milk tea boba and it was just OK. The Gorgonzola pizza was something I've never tried before, but it was surprisingly light with a generous side of honey. We also ordered 2 pastas - Aglio Olio and Seafood Cream pasta. Aglio olio's garlic flavor was just perfect, and the seafood cream pasta had a generous portion of squid, shrimp, mussels and clams. There's also a complimentary side of fresh garlic bread! Tried a few times in person, after hiatus during pandemic. Its mushroom risotto and spicy seafood pasta became another favorites! Under the new management, but I believe the chef is the same person who makes such a great entree. Plates are served warm, with crunch garlic breads. Love this place. I got the caramel bread, which was so delicious. They made it perfectly so that the sauce was present in each bite I took of the bread. It had the most perfect crunch to it too. Best caramel bread I've had in the area. I also got the bitter hot chocolate, which was perfect for a cold day and not too sweet! I would definitely come back here. I came here 3 times in the past 3 weeks. I had a great experience overall! I came twice on a weekday and once on a weekend. On one of the weekdays, the service was quite slow. I was there for almost 2 hours waiting for a tea and a chocolate lava cake and was quite disappointed. Also, the lava cake was not lava-y at all/dry. HOWEVER, the other food I ordered and the other two experiences made up for it. The pasta is absolutely amazing! I got the tomato seafood pasta and a Carbonara pasta and both of them had the perfect texture (soft but chewy). The flavor of the sauce and taste were perfect! The salad I got was also amazing! The fruit bingsu is also one of my favorites - there were lots of fruits and the milk ice was so yummy! Highly recommend these dishes! I also love the outdoor decor - the lights, the pink and red decor and the pretty plants! If you came, make sure you sit outside (unless it's raining - because it gets wet even with the tent). Although everything is quite pricey (bingsu is also more expensive compared to other cafes), this is one of my favorite cafes and I do recommend it! read more

(March 19, 2022) Quite a well known place for pasta & pizza on Broad Avenue, Palisades Park. Other than Donna's, this is probably the only one among the Korean restaurants. Quite decent pasta & pizza. We had thin crusted gorgonzola pizza topped with arugula, regular tomato sauce pasta ($20), spicy seafood pasta ($20), and steak cream pasta ($25). Spicy seafood pasta does have quite a kick to it - without too overwhelming it. Nice amount of seafood- mussels, Calamari & shrimp. The patio is now open, perfect weather for a meal under the canopy. The amount of pasta has slowly decreased compared to the past (2 years ago). Good amount for women, but definitely not for guys. read more

A dessert spot but hey this cafe offers good tasting meals too. While the entree menu is not as extensive there is a good selection. Healthy chicken salad sandwich - good portion of salad/spring mix on both the side and the sandwich itself. The salad is definitely from Costco. If you're allergic to nuts don't get this. While it didn't say it in the menu there were thin pieces of walnuts in the chicken salad. Vongoli- about 9-10 small sized clams in white white sauce. Served with 3 slice toasted garlic bread. The sauce was great. A tad small on the portions. Spaghetti was cooked well. Recommend dipping the bread in the pasta sauce - which was a lot of olive oil. Delicious. Jubilee is a solid Korean Brunch/ Dessert Cafe in a sea of great options in Palisades Park. I have been here multiple times for lunch and dessert. Every time I am delighted with tasty food options and delicious desserts. Additionally, they have a great set-up out back and decent decor on the inside. Food wise I have tried their vongole pasta, seafood tomato pasta, gorgonzola cheese pizza, and their tuna melt sandwich. All of which were great. They were tasty, well-priced, and a bit on the lighter side in terms of portion. Nothing really stood out to me as amazing but they were all solid. For desserts, I have tried the homemade waffle which again was solid nothing special. I have also had the fruit bingsoo which the regular size is a big portion but it was tasty. The fresh fruit was nice and the texture and taste of the bingsoo was solid. This is a tried and true place to get delicious Korean brunch and desserts. The texture of the bingsoo wasn't as good as other places (tbh not sure how to describe it exactly) and it melted much faster bc it was in a wider bowl when it is normally stacked tall in a more narrow bowl. Injeolmi is normally my fav flavor too but there was just too much red bean thrown on top. Ordered the Pasta Dishes and Pizza and have to say, the quality does not justify the price. Maybe it's Italian food catered to the Asian demographic, I'm not sure, but you're way better off ordering someplace else for Italian food. The Pastas: Seafood Tomato Sauce Pasta (w/ Fresh Mussels, Shrimp, Squid, and Manila Clam): Something about the sauce reminded me of Preggo mixed with Rao's Marina sauce along with some chunks of tomato and seafood (clam juice) mixed in. Seasoning was decent, but this dish did not give any wow factors. Would give this a 7/10. Aglio Olio Pasta: This was prob my favorite dish. Lots of garlic, olive oil, parsley, and seasoned well. Only gripe I have is how soft the pasta was itself. Would give this a 8/10. Carbonara Pasta: They used the same pasta type for all 3-dishes, just different sauces. I honestly thought I'd like this dish the best, but I ended up not being a big fan of it. It was way too heavy and flavor was not so great. BF ended up eating this and was able to cut through all the grease and fat with some kimchi. I would give this a 4/10. The Pizza: We ordered the Margherita pie. This isn't a pizza. It reminds me of pre-made frozen pizza that just got heated up for order. Way too much cheese and not enough sauce; cheese was also way too symmetrical for this to be freshly made pizza. It reminded me of "Jack's Original Thin Crust Pizza: Cheese" version. Couldn't eat past one bite. Sadly, this is a 0/10. They did throw a few basil pieces on there for authenticity, but that didn't save this dish. The Verdict: $70 for 3-pasta dishes & pizza. Not the best place for Pasta or Pizza by a mile. But lots of the positive reviews here seem to be surrounding their dessert menu. I haven't tried their desserts but might give this place another chance to see how their desserts are. read more

Went at night around 10, super busy! It's open until about 2am and the place packed. When looking at it, you think coffee house, but it actually serves a big menu with pastas and pizzas as well as some awesome deserts. I had the berry shaved ice, and it was amazing! Super yummy and big enough to share. The berries were sweet and also had a red fruit purée which was super delicious. And really visually appealing. Definitely recommend it! It gets four stars because we only saw the server once and got served because we stopped him from leaving after helping another table. Hidden gem for all hours of the day! Brunch: I think the savory food here is amazing, especially their brunch dishes. The portions are massive but it's not quantity over quality. Everything is very high quality in flavor, display, texture, and temperature. I highly recommend their omelette because it is not just an omelette you can make at home. The inside is very juicy and comforting, and encased in a fluffy egg layer. It's hard to make this type of omelette at home without ripping the egg. I also recommend their Gorgonzola pizza. It's one of the most popular dishes here and it's a great appetizer to share. It's basically a salad with a cheese pizza underneath but the cheese is mild and not salty, which is a great complement to the honey. The carbonara pasta is also really yummy. It comes with garlic bread to dip in the sauce. The sauce is so creamy and delicious! Dessert and drink: the coffee is really rich and aromatic! Definitely have to get this every time I come here. The desserts are very romantic in display and the flavor is not too sweet but very flavorful. I especially like their lava cake and I like how it comes with some fruit as a palette cleanser between bites of rich dark chocolate. All in all, this is a very typical Korean-Western cafe with a Korean twist to Italian and French foods. So happy to find this place because I used to love going to these type of places in Seoul. We came here for something sweet after dinner and ended up getting a small key lime cheese cake and a mango bubble tea. The key lime cheesecake was alright. It didn't wow me so it wouldn't be so memorable. The plating was cute and I appreciated how it came with fruits. It was on the pricier side of $10 for that lol and my mango bubble tea was more on the smoothie side? Which is a thing since this is a Korean type of bubble tea. Anyways, next time I would just skip the bubble tea and order the desserts here. I stopped here after going to SoJo spa nearby. We needed something a little nourishing after being in many saunas. We had a rice cake bingsoo that had rice cake and red bean in it. I really enjoyed this a lot more than I was expecting and was the highlight for sure! Also the reason for giving 4 stars. My friend and I also both got the triple berry smoothies here. These were disappointing. I tasted no berries since they used chocolate protein powder that the flavor was very over powering. Hopefully they change that soon. My other friends had the chicken salad on a croissant and were raving about it and almost ordered another one! Overall it was a pleasant experience with good service and ambience. Pains me to write this given I used to frequent this place. Not anymore. I almost died because of their neglience. I went for breakfast, and I ordered the "Chicken Salad Sandwich" off their Brunch menu. Look at the menu item in the photo- NOWHERE on it does it say it has walnuts in it and nowhere on the menu is there a warning for allergies. My throat started swelling, so I called the manager over to ask again "are there nuts in this chicken salad" and she said "No we don't use nuts in it"....... I showed her the walnut, and she goes "Oh, I guess there are" ....REALLY? OH and they still made us pay for the meal!! LOL. I threw up outside the cafe, went to the ER, and am okay now. This place is too freakin cute! Look at my latte art! Best one I've ever seen. I think it's a bear. Came with the gals after Korean bbq for something sweet and shared the pyramid dessert that reminded me of a ferrero rocher. It was so good! And the latte was delicious and cute! Service was also great and very friendly. Be prepared for every dessert possible on the menu which makes indecisiveness harder than ever. However the wait was insane... for one drink it took 30-40 minutes and the other time I went I waited 40 minutes for a waffle that never came. Cancelled my order and left.
