About three years ago we had Jubilee install our countertops for our kitchen and two bathrooms. I visited many showrooms in the area but decided to go with Jubilee and I am so happy that I did! The showroom is beautiful, well lit and very comfortable to go through. The work was done in a timely manner, and the craftsmanship was excellent. Because I have had those countertops for three years I can testify to the quality of the work and the beauty of the product over time. My kitchen has a lot of corners and curves and Jubilee templated the granite that I chose perfectly. The seams for the project in my kitchen are so tight and flawlessly matched and finished that you cannot even tell there is a seam! Very impressive. I was so happy with how Jubilee had helped me with my past project that I decided to go with them again when we recently renovated our main bathroom. Once again, I so am delighted with the work that Jubilee has done to help us. Our countertops are beautiful! Of all of the contractors that came into our house Jubilee was the easiest to work with, they worked around the schedule with our other contractors and were always available for communication. I also love that Jubilee does not make their customers pay for a whole slab of quartz. Instead you pay for only the amount of quartz required for the job, which gives their product a great value. All I have to say to a lady that was driving Jubilee Company car yesturday with a kid in the car on 380, She was driving crazy and fast she sped up so fast up behind my car that she almost crashed me, I went into the store to advised them about her and a very nice and sweet lady that works there, and she apoligized to me, then that lady driving behind me walked in and was so rude didnt even apologized to me, for the owner i have heard you are an amazing person and your job is the best, but be careful with the people that represent your company. read more

They had a great selection of reasonably priced granite and quartz countertops to choose from, made my selections. The pre measurements and job were completed to my satisfaction within ten days. Took the time to drive to their location and spoke with someone about getting glass door enclosures on our tubs. We were very excited as the quality and selection was great. We set a day aside to have someone come out and measure the tub area and told the tech the types of enclosures we wanted. We received an email with beautiful enclosures along with the cost. My husband called to get this set up, as we found exactly what we wanted. When my husband was affirming that we would get these doors, except for tubs- he said- these aren't available for tubs- disappointed, my husband asked- well , what do you have for tubs?" And he received a picture of a tub enclosure that looks like something from the 70's and that was the only choice! -/what a waste of a drive and time read more

Drove 45 minutes to see about ordering a shower door. Met with a salesperson and made arrangements for someone to come to the house and take measurements which they did. Someone was supposed to call me with a price and an installation date. I've never heard from them. They wasted my and my wifes time. THE WORST FLOOR, COUNTERTOP, BATH/ KITCHEN REMODEL COMPANY IN THE METROPLEX, THATS WHY THEY ARE IN PRINCETON. Mark (he says it's his company) states that Jubilee's business is mostly contractors. That means if you are not one you will not be treated well. Ruth is a passive/aggressive and Amy is a total jerk just like Mark. They took almost five (5) days to get a quote. There was no follow up to ask for the business. They were thousands of dollars higher for just kitchen countertops than four other quotes I received. I purchased countertops 30 minutes after Mark's appointment to measure. Toni-Amy-Ruth-Mark need to read some Sales book, how to win friends and influence people etc. THEY ARE A TOTAL JOKE. read more

Lisa,Brenda, and Ashley were wonderful to work with to look at all options with my paint sample and kept me updated on installation dates and times. The company came highly recommended by both my contractor and realtor. The installation crews were very efficient and detail oriented. They had to adjust the cabinets and add additional height due to farmhouse sink but did a great job. Made the process easy! read more

We recently bought a new-to-us house that has not been touched since 1996, so needless to say we have a few projects ahead. The first of which was the kitchen. We hired Jubilee to replace the Corian countertops with granite, and redo the tile backsplash, as well as replace a couple of glass shower doors. We settled on Jubilee because they had a leathered finish granite that we loved, and the price was in line with other places. The sales process was fine. We picked the granite we liked and chose a backsplash and set up a day for measurements. Mark, the person who measured was probably the highlight of this experience, and if everyone had been like Mark, this would be a different review. Mark made suggestions, was very friendly and thorough. Since he was early on in the process, I had high hopes. It went downhill from there. The first step in the process was to demo the Corian and the tile backsplash, and install the granite. That part went ok for the most part, except for having to have the crew come back out to fix the hole in the island that they cut incorrectly the first time, so that our cooktop would fit without a 1 inch gap. (Not really the look I was going for.) The next step was the tile backsplash installation - different crew - and this is where things really went south. We chose a Carrera marble subway tile, installed in a herringbone pattern with a normal tile backsplash grout line. As I was watching the progress I did notice that the tiles seemed to be laid very close together, but I didn't think much of it, since I figured once the grout went on, it would look like the example that we chose in the showroom. (I am not a tile professional.) This process took a few days and unfortunately once the grout went on, it looked NOTHING like the example that is in the showroom. I pointed this out to Toni, our sales person, and even sent pictures of our backsplash and the example board that was in the showroom, where you can very clearly see how different they are. She did apologize, and then via email offered either a $300 credit to leave it as it is (a tiny fraction of what we paid), or if they were to rip it out and redo it, she offered to split the cost with us which she felt was fair because, "you could have stopped the tile crew before everything was set and grouted." I'm sorry - really?! I explained to her in my reply email that I am not a tile professional and how on Earth was I to know it wouldn't look right once it was grouted? My expectation - and I don't think this is out of line - is that when I am paying a company thousands of dollars for something, it shouldn't be MY responsibility to make sure what I actually end up with is what I actually chose. Unfortunately for Jubilee, we have lots more projects coming up, but they will not be seeing one more dime from us. read more

I visited the showroom and arranged to have a salesperson come out to measure my kitchen for countertops. It took a week or more to get someone out. The guy who showed up was abrupt, acting like he just wanted to get in and out and get this visit over with. He was dismissive when I asked him about the kind of sink I wanted to use- "Oh that won't work." Period. No suggestions, no further discussion. Rude, unfriendly, no information. A complete jerk. I honestly wouldn't even give them a one star the company is rude and we had an order so we called over the phone to speak to the manager the lady that initially answered was very disrespectful asking why we wanted to speak to an manager and who were we and why we need to speak to a manager when we were supposed to get a call back from the manager from the start 2day ago and never heard anything then start asking us the reason for the call which wasn't any of her concerns since we asked to speak to a manager and are name which we did give but kept trying to ask all the details so when we asked for her name so we can make a complaint she was quick to put us on hold and not even tell us that's what she was doing. Some lady name Toni answer the phone and we told her what happened she literally had the audacity to laugh about it the say "so what is the reason your calling" which showed she did not even care about the way we were talked to by one of their employees than had the nerve to say maybe we are not the right company for you since we wanted to make a complaint we asked to speak to was ever there over them and Toni said she would give us the email so we can contact some guy named rick she got back on the phone and said she can't give us personal information so my thing is as a manager you should know that and why would you offer that to a customer when you can't give it out then said "he told me not to give it to you" but he would like your name and number and that he would get back with us and honestly we live in the area and drive by this place all the time and the only people that are ever there are the employees and honestly I see why their customer service sucked and they don't care how there employees talk to there customer honestly hope the actual owner of the jubilee company hires better people to help promote their business than the one at this location because if this is the people they like to hire good luck with your business in the future it won't last read more

$8,000 job and Jubilee: -Did not let me preview the actual slabs to be used; and -Did not let me preview the templates of counter on the slab; so -The slabs had material defects, not just variations. By the way, they call an quarter sized orange spot on a white slab a "variation" (rust caused by water penetration from the slab being outside). -The seam is horrible, visible, and 1/16 inch raised on one side (This translates to highly visible and very noticeable by touch). -Their main pitch is that they only charge by the SF, but they instruct the fabricators to use every square inch of each slab, so this approach is effectively charging by slab; and you get defects and variations that most stone companies would not allow on the final product at a $8,000 price point. -We are not rich folks and my wife waited 8 years for the kitchen of her dreams. It was a fight from start to end to get these guys to do the right thing. Most frustrating, they took it as a personal slight when I didn't like their product and attitude followed during these discussions. Most of us will only use a granite fabricator once in our life time, so they are not reliant upon repeat business. There are so many other stone fabricators out there, pick someone else. I strongly recommend that you take your time during the selection process and demand they allow you to pick the slab and review the templates before you put your 50% deposit down. By the way, I got 3 other bids and all three required the buyer to select the slab and it was standard for the template to be masked on the slabs you selected before they would proceed with fabrication. I went with jubilee because they were a local fabricator-I try to support McKinney business when I can (They were not the lowest bid.) read more

Went there with intent to purchase but didn't seem like they cared. Store was not busy but woman working with us was inflexible. We needed the granite or quartz installed in approximately a month but appeared to be nothing she would or could do. Never asked our name, never checked to see if there was an open slot, etc. Pricing seemed competitive, in middle of pack, but didn't seemed that they cared whether or not they got the business. read more

The experience was great in the beginning. 1 year past the installation of our kitchen counters we noticed a crack by our sink. We called them and they sent 2 guys out to seal the crack right away. That too, was a great experience. Later that day, after the seal repair we noticed there was sealant dripped on to our cabinets (new cabinets). We called them to report the damage. They sent someone out to assess the damage and that person they sent said he would return to begin the process of repair. 10 weeks later, we called to alert them that the guy never returned. Amy got on the phone with me and told me that they haven't been to our house since the initial installation. I explained that the counters have been sealed since the initial installation, so that in fact, wasn't the case. But Amy was too busy arguing with me to hear anything i was saying. No, she did not call me a liar. She did, however, say that they have no record of Jubilee Company sealing our counters and they keep record of those things..... somehow, in her narrow mind, thats not calling me a liar. I plan to make my story heard. My cabinets that were ruined have not yet been repaired. read more

My contractor had someone from Jubilee to come out and measure for my granite countertops. My husband and I found this person very rude and arrogant. When I went in to select my granite, when I asked for a price I was told that they would give my contractor that information and he could tell me the price, very frustrating trying to purchase. When I picked one out and got the price I found it very expensive. So I did sign papers with Jubilee and with in a couple of days I found the same piece of granite somewhere else for $1600.00 LESS. So when I informed Jubilee that I would not be using them. Jubilee came up with some BS charges. $150.00 for a restock fee - no granite had moved anywhere. $250.00 for template fees - there were no templates done at this point of the transaction. Then they charged my card without my knowledge. When giving me my refund they charged me $78.00 to do so. I also had my bathroom done with cultured marble countertops when you look at them underneath the shine they are very scratched. My goal is to tell everyone how bad my experience was with Jubilee. People stay far away from Jubilee. read more

We were very pleased with our countertops and backsplash from Jubilee Countertops. After researching and visiting several different companies and showrooms, my husband and I found that Jubilee was the best choice. They have a large showroom with several samples for you to look at. Also, their warehouse was well stocked with granite samples. Vanessa Testoni was awesome in assisting us with sample choices. She was always quick to respond to emails whenever we had questions. Both installations groups for the countertops as well as the backsplash did an amazing job! My husband and I are VERY pleased with the outcome of the products and the service. Got put in voice mail. No response after 24 hours. When I called back, the salesperson was not very familiar with their products.

For remodeling our kitchen and wanting stone countertops, our contractor (Kangaroo Contractors) referred us to them. We met with Traci in sales who helped us choose the best material for our needs. The contractor then took over arranging for Jubilee to have the template maker come to our house to measure exactly what was there now to get a perfect fit. The install team arrived on schedule and did a great job of taking out the old counters, preparing the area and putting down the new counters. We were lucky and were the first install job that day for this team while they are fresh. To ensure everything fits just right they cut out if needed the stove top and sink on site which creates a lot dust (outside). To go smoothly we cleared off everything on the countertops and in the cabinets underneath. If you are getting new stove and/or sink your contractor will need to pull out the sink/stove top before Jubilee will start work. Plan ahead. read more

Went to Jubilee (recommended by our builder designer) to purchase granite for our master bath vanity. Toni was the Jubilee salesperson. Picked out a granite that we loved. While there, set up a measurement appointment with Mark. Mark came as scheduled. We asked Mark when we could expect a quote. He said probably a couple of days. More than a week later, we still have received no formal, written quote from Toni. One telephone message went unanswered. The second phone call, I did speak to Toni and she gave me the price over the phone. I asked if she would please email me the quote. She said she would 'get it typed up and do that'. Four days later and I still have not received a written quote. It shouldn't take a third phone call to ask for a formal, written quote, which all other companies provide. In the meantime, we have found another company, who gave us a written quote of all work to be done (removal of old countertop, installation of granite, sinks and install, faucets install, etc.) within an hour, set up a template appointment, and does include a turn key remodel (Jubilee does not do plumbing, hook up faucets, etc and can recommended no one). Very disappointed. If Jubilee does not want a 'small job', they should just tell us. We did not get that as a first impression, but obviously they are now not interested in our business. Also, other companies are priced better and will do a 'turn key' project. Shop around. We did and are moving forward with another company, and doing not only our master bath but also the half bath. read more
