For a woman with my medical history, it is typical for the cervix to tighten and harden shut. Dr. Oswald had to continually get new tools to get mine open which caused such extreme pain I almost collapsed in my car as I was leaving. I was able to get back inside and collapsed into a chair. They put me in a wheelchair and I was taken to the back where I got ill and was given a shot for pain. I will never use this facility again and I'm glad I didn't try to drive home, I would not have made it.

Was there 4/17 for chest pain and was told I would have a test ordered. Never heard back and ended up at the hospital for the same chest pains. Called to follow up about it, as the hospital recommended, and instead got told they were still waiting on a prior authorization. Still? She then asked about a bill on the account, which I inquired about as there was a new charge on there just for being seen when I already paid my copay at the appointment, and she said must be my deductible and hung up when I didn't have it. I've also worked in medical billing and that's not quite how it works unless they somehow didn't check my deductible, which is doubtful after that. And a prior authorization does not take that long. Called my insurance and they said there was a note stating they were told no prior authorization was required on 9/8. They waited that long to try?! And still lied? Desk lady is always sweet in person but had no problem being condescending on the phone. Unfortunately will have to find a new PCP. He is very knowledgeable and would only recommend as a last resort.
