I called, LM, 48 hrs later I called back and the nurse said she called me....and yep, they had miskeyed my phone number - off by 1 digit. So I waited a week after my visit before following up on a referral. I called again, left message. She called me back and said I need to go to my primary care for referral. OK. I asked "Did you send my progress notes to my PCP!" She said "No, we don't know who he is." Isn't he listed on the referral? She didn't see it. Whatever. Then she asked me why I needed to see a specialist. WHAT DOES SHE DO THERE? Is it not right there in my file? Insanity! Anyway, things that were not cool on my visit: when you walk in, they slap a label on a cup and hand it to you with your clip board and expect you to hold a plastic cup until you're seen. I declined that nonsense. I literally sat in the small, crowded waiting room for 1 hr 10 minutes waiting to be seen (55 minutes past my appt time.) I did have to use the bathroom by the time I was seen and there was no soap in the bathroom!! There was an empty bottle with a little bit of water inside trying to make more soap. That's not a good look during cold and flu season much less at a doctor's office!!

This condition has lifelong repercussions and the experience was quite traumatic. She said she could not help me. I subsequently found a physician who took a much more proactive and positive view, and was given a different diagnosis with actionable treatment. I have multiple friends who swear by Dr. Dulaney, but I can't recommend her practice.

I was previously seen at this location when Dr. Constance was practicing there, and at that time…read morethe establishment was very professional and well maintained. I returned recently because I needed to be examined in order to receive documentation for light-duty work requirements. Since the change in ownership and physician, my experience was completely different. The new doctor required me to go through an unnecessarily lengthy course of care simply to obtain paperwork stating that I needed light duty. When I finally received the paperwork, it was inaccurate. The doctor agreed to revise it. When I returned for the revision, I was asked to sign in for treatment. I explained that I was scheduled only to pick up revised documentation and was not there to receive treatment. After I refused to sign in for treatment, I was told that paying patients would not be delayed and that I would need to return at a later time. When I returned on the rescheduled date to pick up the corrected paperwork, I was informed that the doctor would not sign it, stating there was "nothing in it for her" and claiming that I had stopped responding to calls and treatment. This only reinforced my concern that my care was not the priority, but rather the financial aspect. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location.

Dr, Yan is a compassionate, very competnet professional that gets results. One day while I was on the table my wife started shaking her hand that had been giving her extreme pain. Being a chef, her work involved a lot of repetitive motion under load at times so she thought it was carpal tunnel. THE hospital (voted Best in Memphis for a number of years) ran 'tests' to the tune of over $4, 500 and did not even find a problem much less a solution and of course a cure. Dr. Yan noticed her, asked what the problem was and two needles in the affected hand one time and it has been CURED for over two YEARS! No horrible drugs with their worse than the problem sometimes side effects at terrific costs to simply mask the problem but CURED and solved thankfully.He has been a tremensous help to me with pain management for a bad back and a boost for energy due to two strokes that wreaked havoc on my overall health.
