I returned recently because I needed to be examined in order to receive documentation for light-duty work requirements. Since the change in ownership and physician, my experience was completely different. The new doctor required me to go through an unnecessarily lengthy course of care simply to obtain paperwork stating that I needed light duty. When I finally received the paperwork, it was inaccurate. The doctor agreed to revise it. When I returned for the revision, I was asked to sign in for treatment. I explained that I was scheduled only to pick up revised documentation and was not there to receive treatment. After I refused to sign in for treatment, I was told that paying patients would not be delayed and that I would need to return at a later time. When I returned on the rescheduled date to pick up the corrected paperwork, I was informed that the doctor would not sign it, stating there was "nothing in it for her" and claiming that I had stopped responding to calls and treatment. This only reinforced my concern that my care was not the priority, but rather the financial aspect. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location.

He barely touched my knee and pretty much dismissed anything I said and since "nothing" showed on xray he wanted to give me cortisone shot and send me on my way. Still continued to have major pain in my knee so I went to Titan Orthopedics and even without having MRI, Dr John Lochemes knew I had a torn meniscus. He squeezed/touched/moved my knee several different ways and said he was 99% sure it was torn meniscus, after MRI it was confirmed I actually had 2 tears.
