Our daughter loved the cake and for that we are thankful for them helping to make an incredible birthday experience for her. Their work very closely resembled the graphics we shared during the ordering process. I do apologize for this likely being a challenging design, but quite impressed that you and your team pulled it off so well and even hand delivered an hour before the event. We normally don't care for buttercream style cakes (mostly because it's just nauseatingly sweet and often gritty), but the taste of this cake which was vanilla layered with vanilla buttercream was a delight-- not overly sweet and has a great flavor, including the fondant too. We were also concerned that the cake would fall over like a tree as soon as we cut into it, but they secured it very well and that did not happen at all. Thanks again Aldo and team! We hope this cake wasn't too much of a struggle but you deserve an honest positive review. We highly recommend their work and will be considering again for any specialty cake requests in the future.

The cake tasting took place at her house and she had a lot of flavors to choose from. We ordered a three tier cake with each tier being a different flavor (red velvet, chocolate, and lemon almond). She had drawn on an order form exactly what we described. She has a bunch of photos and books with design ideas on case you don't know what way to go. She made our cake exactly as envisioned. She hand drivers the cake and adds on flowers or cake toppers at the location. All of our guests loved the cake. We had 85 guests and ended up with Barely any leftovers.
