I took time off work to get to the appointment on time, drove OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF to get to her, waited in the lobby where she approached me and said she had no appointments for the rest of the day. My heart dropped, I showed her our messages from the day prior and as she scrolled through them she muttered "oh i forgot..". She said that she could not take me that day because she had booked a class for that time slot. It was beyond unprofessional, inconsiderate and upsetting. She said she'd be accommodating but didn't offer times and when I asked about my next available day she seemed hesitant to take me. She later went on to post on her instagram that it was clients duty to assure that their appointments were set and that she would send verification texts, the whole situation just was very unprofessional. I have nothing against her work, just wish it went differently. She later offered a 30$ discount but I am still hesitant to take the offer. Also I am very forgiving and understanding of human error, I know times are busy right now but there was just no way for me to know if I wasn't booked considering all she had asked of me was my information. I never knew she sent verification texts and she was continuing to promote other time slots on her instagram so I assumed my time was booked.

These girls went different times to use the gift cards and they are being told I paid with a credit card so now they have to pay the credit card fee also on a gift card. I have never heard that before. Last time I checked a gift certificate was like cash value. On top of that getting a package comes with gel polish and then trying to charge an extra $15 for gel is crazy. This use to be one of my favorite nail shops that's why I got the gift certificates here. But if you're going to treat the people that get gift certificates bad I won't be going back that's not ok.

Strong massage, careful detail, and she even cut my ingrown nails. She took her time and made sure everything was perfect. I got the Super Deluxe Pedicure for $60, and it was absolutely worth it. It included: cut, file, cuticle care, callus removal, sugar scrub, refresh with real orange slices, cooling mask, hot stone, paraffin wax, a 10-minute massage, lotion, and a hot towel. Incredible! The whole staff was friendly, the salon was clean and welcoming, and they even took me right away on a Saturday--which is almost unheard of. Highly recommend!
