Went here to get a pedicure and gel manicure, the guy that did my pedicure was good, listen to what I wanted and did it, I asked for builder gel on my nails, because that's what I prefer, they had me sit and wait at a station for at least 30 mins, the guys they had to my nails was more interested in whatever was going on on his phone than actually doing my nails, I get it things happen life is happening around, they prepped my nails poorly, I got them done on Saturday and by Monday morning 3 of them were broken already and every single nail on my right hand was lifting. I paid $159 to get my nails done and for them to not even last a week is absurd. I do not recommend this place to anyone ever, and I will never be going back there. I hope they read this and take into consideration the amount that was paid for the quality of work that they did. read more

I had never liked French tip on my toes but I said wtv and I went to this place for the first time, mind you they taking care of a baby, while remodeling the salon at the same time of doing my nails ! I called and made an appointment with Donny. He did my manicure and a nice lady did my pedicure. I asked for an acrylic full set, french tips with chrome and 3d design. I love my nails! He was very thorough and made sure my nails were even and perfect. Very detailed and I appreciate that! For my pedicure I chose the deluxe spa option. She massaged my legs and feet, hot stone and cleaned up my feet, placed a hot towel and painted my toes. I really like that took her time. They play good music and have the a/c going which makes it bearable in these 100 degree weather. I'm coming back for sure!! read more

I love this salon! I have been going here since I was a kid getting my first set of nails and I have never had any problems. I always get what I ask for. Staff is very friendly! I even took my boyfriend to get his first pedicure! The staff will definitely feed off your energy. If you want to talk and laugh they will talk and laugh back. Amazing experience, my first time here since I live around the corner and i enjoyed it so much! I walked in and the salon is clean and so big with beautiful vibe . Got my nails done by the older gentleman that works there and he gave me a pedicure that was so lovely and relaxing. I got the Celsius scrub and he did an amazing job he even cracked my toes , lol I know that sounds weird but it was so relaxing! Got my nails done here yesterday... the employees were nice and they were able to take us last minute on a Sunday. I showed him the picture of what I wanted as seen below (I did ask for square) however they are uneven and messy. The nails look way to large for my nail bed. The desk that I sat at had a dirty towel and "nail dust" from the prior customer. Nothing felt clean about it. I will not be going back to super hot nails. I normally go to another place but they are booked and I have an event I'm going to. I needed to get them done asap. I should've just waited for my regular place. I went here for the first time on Easter Sunday. I got there around 3:30 and waited just over am hour. I wasn't expecting to wait so long but the girl in front of me said it was worth the wait so wait I did. Around 4:45 I was seated and Donny started to get to work. I showed him a picture or what I wanted. He explained exactly what he was going to do and how much it would cost which I have never in my 15 years of getting my nails done had a nail tech do. He did exactly what I asked for, and he did an amazing job. He paid close attention to detail amd I could tell he enjoys what he does. He even trimmed my cuticles up free of charge! Waited forever just sit in the pedicure chairs to wait even longer. The water for my pedicure was cold. They charged more than menu price, said it was a $17 up charge for gel (which is ridiculous). This place is really dirty. I've seen the same spots on the floor for 3 visits now. The front of the foot bowels are disgusting with old grime. The bathroom did it for me today. NASTY! The grime on the floor and in the sink was REPULSIVE. There was no soap and no paper towels. They always tell me I'm going to get gel on my toes, and they push it, not accepting my first "no" as a response. The staff appear to have a sense of urgency and some seem conscientious, which is why I returned for another try. My pedicure turned out okay. I don't hate it. However, what I do hate is the level of cleanliness in this salon. They never sweep or mop. The floor was dusty and filthy. I put my bag on the floor while getting the pedicure, picked it up and set it in my lap to look for something, and when I picked it up off my lap, my lap was covered in filth and nail dust. Look around, you can tell they don't clean their floors every day like they should. Looks like it hasn't been swept or mopped in weeks.
