The girls had lots of fun on all of the activities! For our group size it was $10 a kid for 2 hours. The kids definitely got a great workout in and had a great time doing it! You will need to sign a waiver and you will also want to inform your kids to try their best to be safe! One of our kids lost their grip while swinging back and forth on a bar and they fell backwards hitting their head on the ground. There is not much padding on the ground either so it is a very hard impact! A ski or bike helmet would be a good idea for next time! Workout gloves would be great to have as our kids got blisters from doing all of the ropes and bars. Barleycorn's is also conveniently located next door if you want to plan lunch or dinner for a group!

This event kick my butt, and made me realized I'm so out of shape. My little workout routine at home is nothing compared to what they do here at this gym. This is not the traditional gym that you can jump in your treadmill or a machine, and do your workout. To the 2 hours I spent here, the regimen seemed innovative, but at the same time traditional. I like how Joe, the owner seemed supportive and encouraging to the members and guest participants. This is my first time in a gym like this, and I am impressed with the camaraderie that I observed. Since this is my first time he did not even charge me for experiencing a great workout. If you're into challenging your mind and body this is the place for you. I feel intimated at first and making excuses to myself, but the end of the session, I feel proud that I was able to endure the 2 hour event. Let us support our local businesses, and check them out!

I had a very disappointing experience at this gym and ultimately decided to leave because of how…read morepoorly members are treated. The biggest issue was an interaction I had with the General Manager, whose name I believe was Jake or John. I simply asked for help using a hip thrust machine because I had never used that specific piece of equipment before. I wasn't asking for a personal training session, just a quick explanation of how to use the machine safely. Instead of helping, I was told, "When you go golfing, do they have someone come out and teach you how to golf? No, you have to pay for lessons, and we offer personal training for someone to teach you how to work out." The response came across as rude, dismissive, and completely unnecessary. I've been working out for years and know how to exercise. I just wanted clarification on a machine I had never used before. Ironically, another member was kind enough to stop what they were doing and show me how to use it within a minute. The member was more helpful than the management. Unfortunately, this interaction seemed to reflect the overall culture of the gym. Management appears far more concerned with selling personal training and collecting fees than helping members succeed. There is very little effort made to ensure members are comfortable, progressing toward their goals, or even having a positive experience. The facility itself has also gone downhill. The bathrooms are frequently dirty, often out of toilet paper, and do not appear to be cleaned consistently. The hydro massage beds regularly smell like sweat and need a much deeper cleaning than they seem to receive. Many pieces of equipment are covered in dust, making it obvious that basic upkeep is not a priority. Another frustrating issue is the front desk staff. Nearly every time I came in, employees were sitting on their phones and rarely acknowledged members walking through the door. A simple greeting or willingness to help goes a long way, but customer service seems to be an afterthought here. I've since joined another gym, and the difference has been night and day. The staff actively check in on members, answer questions without making people feel like an inconvenience, and genuinely care about helping people improve their health and fitness. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel people should know what to expect before spending their money here. There are far better gyms in the area that provide cleaner facilities, better customer service, and a much more welcoming environment.
