Sadly the reviews are accurate. This location should be closed. I was hesitant because of the reviews and I should've trusted other yelpers. It took 30 minutes for our food to come out and our drinks came out 10 minutes later. So this place is pretty good. I ate there twice in one day because I spent all day in that plaza. The prices are decent and the food is fresh and tasty. A lot of options on the menu - A LOT. They have a large variety of natural juices and smoothies as well. The chicken salad pita melt was delicious and I will be ordering it again as well as the organic greek yogurt bowl (comes with seasonal berries, mangoes, almonds, honey, and coconut shavings). Yum. The vitaminka juice was delicious as well. The small issue or better yet, what I noticed that I didn't particularly like was on the first visit there the waitresses/servers were either distracted or don't think things through completely. One brought me a cappuccino without sugar packets or stirrers. Didn't ask if I needed anything so I ended up having to flag her down and request these items. I just think that sugar and stirrers go hand in hand with a cup of cappuccino - even if you don't take sugar, it is their responsibility to be thoughtful and proper. That was just one example - we constantly had to ask and remind them to bring us small things that they should have known one their own to bring. During my second visit - the server/waitress was on top of her game but didn't bring me my change...she assumed it was a tip for her and kept it without asking if I needed change (yes the tip was for her but she needs to ask or give back the change and let me leave it for her instead of pocketing it right away). Ordered to go, quesadilla and the "grand shrimp salad". The only thing "grand" was the price. We ordered almost 20 minutes before they closed. The salad was made wrong and missing items. Basically it was the equivalent to a $3 bag of arugula from Publix with a couple undercooked shrimp on top. We arrived for pick up about 14 minutes before close, the entire restaurant was mopped all chairs and tables closed. When we called to inform them they said come back tomorrow for a discount off your next meal, we can not remake your meal. Needless to say we will not be going back. This is my first time writing a sorta bad review. I honestly like this place and have been going there pretty often so some sweet staff recognize me already. I like the huge variety of vegan options they have too. For these reasons I can't mark it a one star.It wouldn't be fair. The problem was a server Justin who ignored me today and the other time I had a bad luck to have him working. He would go to every table but not to mine.He passed by twenty times and pretended I wasn't there !!! so I had to ask the counter girls to help me. It wasn't busy (just couple of tables eating already) and he was the only server on the floor. So I had no choice. After I got my meal, I asked for coffee. He brought me the chipped cup and the coffee was licking from it so I got up and got the paper cup myself... I felt like something was wrong with me coz it happened twice! The first experience with him was the same. He came to the tables that came after me and just passed by me... Man, I'm just a customer, I'm not your ex or whatever! ;)I've never done anything to you, come on! And usually staff is very attentive there and check on guests and everything. Apparently he never asked if I needed anything or if everything was ok... I usually never complain even if something is not what I expected but HE ruined my day off today!! I have eaten here a few times but hadn't been back for many months until today. The food was good, as usual. The lady working the counter was really nice and polite, but my server needs to find a new line of work. I don't know if she was as dry and inattentive to everyone else, as she was to my daughter and I, but because of her I have no plans to return. I had to ask for water, as well as to go boxes and the ticket. She walked past me several times, avoiding eye contact, and not once checked on us to see how we were doing.
