I'm writing this review because I'm highly annoyed. This is the third time that I've come here to get a green shake with additives that were not added. For example, I add glutamine, creatine, extra strawberry protein, and spirulina to every green smoothie that's an additional 4 to 5 dollars per shake 3 to 5 times per week. Do the math. Again today the guy comes out with a shake that clearly has no spirulina in it because if you know...you know that spirulina changes the color of the shake to a deep, dark forest green color. I can bet my life that he also didn't add the extra protein either because when the shake is made correctly, it is so thick you almost have to chew it (just how I like it) today's shake is extremely liquidy. The food here is great. The shakes are great when they're made the way you order and pay for but this place is extremely expensive for them to be skipping steps and missing additives that make the shakes $15 and none of the employees seem to give a damn about that. I do not like that you cannot see them making the shakes because you have no idea if they're actually adding the glutamine the creatine the protein etc & so forth...it's disheartening and frustrating. When I said something to the girl at the register, she literally asked me if I paid for it as if the order is not up on the screen nor on the receipt... she apologized but like I said, this is the THIRD time that this has happened I work hard for my money as does everybody else and I want to know that I'm getting what I'm paying for. It's not rocket science. I think I'm going to find myself another smoothie spot where I can see them making the smoothies and know that they're actually adding the additives that I'm paying for.
