Over 30 minutes waiting for some juice togo. Absolutely ridiculous. 6 employees and only 1 actually making drinks. Actually there was only 1 table inside so they were not busy at all. In fact, they were shift changing. So instead of making our juice first they decided to divide their tips as a top priority. We actually waited 42 minutes for 3 juices to be exact. Best Greek Salad I can find in the Hallandale/Aventura area. I always get the herb roasted chicken added on for an extra $5. Prices here are a bit high. Even though you're getting higher quality food, part of me still feels a Greek salad with chicken should be ~$10, not $16. The salad is excellent though. I wish they bottled and sold their dressing! The only other gripe I have with this place is their size and perhaps some of the clientele: Based on my experience, which is relegated to just peak lunch hours, this place is too small. Seating is cramped. The savages that live in the area may have money but manners and class can't be bought. A lady who must live on a plastic surgeon's operating table got out of her fancy car with her ornamental dog in tow. The dog took off and the leash wrapped around my friend and the table we were having lunch on. It was quite a spectacle. We didn't hold our breath for an apology and one was never extended. A quaint little spot in Aventura with delicious healthy food. Was shopping in the area and found this hidden gem in the plaza with Michael's and Marshals. We were seated promptly and given an overview of the menu. They have everything from salads and hot meals to fresh juices. The portions are large and very filling. We absolutely loved our meal and the dressing that came with it. We just found our new spot. It got packed as we ate, so it must be a locals favorite. read more

I used to love juice and java and I didn't even mind that they are pricey just like any other healthy food place. However, their service sucks. Whether you are seating inside or outside! When you seat inside the place might not even be packed and they just walk by you like you don't exist until they feel damn good and ready (what's infuriating is that they are all hanging out behind the counter talking about who knows what). If you're seating outside, even if you walk in to let them know you're seating outside...well, good luck with that! I sat here for 20 minutes, watched the waitress clean the tables, she made eye contact with me, and still another 5 minutes passed, and I had to go back inside to remind them that I needed my order to be taken. They are opening a new place in North Miami, and I hope they earn the following of the neighborhood by improving their service. The tuna lacked a little flavor but I poured on this yummy sauce that came with my moms tuna wrap and WOW , talk about added flavor! Today was my first time going to the location in person to pick up an order-- atmosphere is really nice however it was the worst customer service I have ever been given. Amanda C. was at the cash register. She had an attitude when I told her I was here to pickup an order to go. She snipped at me and sarcastically asked for a name on the order. She then proceeded to tell me in a very rude manner "oh that order is nowhere near ready" when I asked for an update she told me at least 50 minutes and then told me to take a seat. Amanda should not be working in customer service and certainly not at the front of the register where it's the first point of contact for your customers. Came here on a Saturday afternoon around 4pm and it was very busy and service left a ton to be desired. So slow and our server barely ever checked on us, a few times I had to get up and flag down help. The food I tried was just okay. The best thing I had was the fresh squeezed orange juice. I also ordered the Turkey Crepe and it was so boring and nothing special at all - the Crepe was cold, nothing melted and no sauce... they even forgot to add the garnishes that the menu clearly describes so I had to walk over the order counter (since we literally were left sitting at our table without any attention from any servers) to ask about that and after 10-15 minutes they returned my plate with a few cut tomatoes, sprouts and sauce. I was sorely disappointed with the taste and quality presentation that I had to ask my server for something else. I then tried the Grilled Chicken Plate with Streamed Veggies. It was better.
