I came for a solo stop quickly because I was craving an açaí bowl. I've been here a few times for shakes and to pick up their healthy chocolate granola bar (deeelish by the way) but this bowl I'm eating has me so hype. I'm in love. This Is a great location for a quick and healthy lunch. They offer sandwiches, wraps, paninis, empanadas juices and smoothies. They also have a ton of vegan friendly options including a burger. I have only ordered the vegan patty hummus wrap as it is just so delicious I do not want to steer away although I'm sure other things would be just as tasty! I order mine without the vegan patty wrap and without mushrooms so they hook it up with extra hummus :) My coworker ordered ham and cheese panini and was extremely impressed. It's not your typical panini press but none the less it has a nice toast and taste to it. The wraps and sandwiches also come with this delicious garlic cilantro sauce that I could bathe in!! It's just so fresh and tasty (like everything else they have)!! The parking situation is a little wack. Thank goodness it's walking distance from my job so I do that quite often but if I don't feel like walking I just park in the parking lot plaza a little west of the building and walk on over. I love this place the owners are the best people who take pride in their establishment. The place is always immaculately cleaned and the food is Michelin 5 star rated material to be sure - don't let the humble facade fool you this place is top notch. It's like they bless the food before making it I can feel the love and care put into every morsel. My go to dishes are the watermelon pineapple mint juice, the acai smoothie, turkey wrap and the empanadas. My favorite empanadas of all time because of this cilantro sauce they use on the side I freaking love that stuff man I'm getting emotional just thinking about it. Ordered delivery through Postmates twice from BLENDERS... I was much more impressed with the first go around. Personally, I prefer the açaí bowl over the pitaya. All the empanadas are yummy and my favorite sandwich is the prosciutto and mozzarella. It's too bad that they don't use fresh mozzarella... that'd really make the sandwich a cut above the rest ;) Anywho, I've only tried the papaya & mango smoothie and it's been yummy both times. Beware! Terrible customer service at this place. The employees were having a discussion in Spanish with several other people. When I asked the employee in English for the Wifi password, the looked at me oddly and appeared as though I was interrupting their conversation with friends. (Note: We were the only customers there.) When we asked for a utensils for our family and the only gave one spoon for three people. They had no parking available designated for the restaurant and other parking places for other businesses stated "tow immediately." The employees did care when I asked and joked about the towing trucks stating "it hate the tow truck also." We left tips, but they did not even drop off the food at the table. (Note to management. Customer Service is caring about your customers. Not ignoring them!) Food was ok, but pricey for Hallandale Beach. Go to a place when they care about the customers! read more
