What is preventing me from giving them a 5/5 is that trying to call them in advance to place an order (say an acai bowl) is impossible. I've tried on numerous occasions at different dates/times/weeks to call and place an order in advance and the call just goes to a generic answering machine stating "we are busy assisting other customers". Even trying to do a follow-up call leads to the same result! Even picking up and placing me on hold would be better than not answering and likely not listening to voicemails or returning calls! That said, the times that I do show up, parking is generally plentiful and the wait time from order placed (in person) to order ready is generally very very short - usually around 5-7 minutes and the staff are generally friendly and efficient! read more

We just love Juice Crafters. It is a chain and this one is our favorite. Now, this is not an inexpensive place, but it is well worth it. I prefer plain orange juice. They have it and it is the best. My grandson loves their smoothies, he likes the strawberry ones and I can't get him to try a different one. He is always so happy when I pull the car in there. Parking is not a problem. When I ordered my smoothie I specifically asked for double blending- this was clearly not done as I was chewing the kale in my drink (Summerland). My husband's smoothie (crunchy monkey) was tasteless. Finally, they were using paper straws for awhile, but for some reason these were plastic (I thought plastic straws were banned) and had holes in them so you couldn't use them. HOWEVER, agree with other posts here that they don't really any Covid precautions including persons without mask going in/out. I thought i'd placed a giant order on line (15 smoothies!) for a big business meeting, but it turns out i didn't complete the order. I've been here twice in the past week. The first stop I got the muscle builder smoothie and the second time just the standard açaí bowl. The smoothie was excellent and I absolutely loved the flavor. The açaí bowl was also good but not necessarily anything special. I was definitely full after and felt like they didn't skimp on the toppings. There were a few people waiting outside when I arrived the second time and I was concerned the wait would be long, as I find can be common with other açaí and juice spots. Surprisingly I don't think I waited longer than 3 minutes - it was impressively fast. I definitely appreciate that when I'm just trying to stop in for something quick ! Parking was easy - there is a small lot right outside as well as a parking garage underneath. Street parking is also an option. My absolute favorite part about this place though is they asked if I wanted a bag before just giving me one + their bowls are in (what looks like) a plant/bamboo based packaging.
