I don't usually leave reviews but I have to warn anyone who might think of coming here. Be prepared to wait. Definitely not worth it. DO NOT ORDER ANY JUICE IF YOU CANT WAIT OVER AN HOUR!!! I went on a weekday during work/school hours and there was close to no one there. Absolutely zero line but there was a few people waiting before me for their drinks. I ordered one juice and a smoothie and waited over an hour. They move at the pace of snails and take extra long to make the juices which they do not warn you about. While they took forever to make the juice they never handed me my smoothie and let it melt. The top they overfill spilled all over me because my smoothie was completely melted. Overall do not recommend at all unless you want to waste $25 and nearly two hours of your time when there's no line.

I should've known better than to come on MDW. We arrived at the store around 2:25 and saw the sign that says cut off for orders was 2:30. However, the line kept moving and it seemed like the cash register was taking orders still. Once we were in the front we noticed the line paused and the lady at the register hopped on the blenders and started making drinks. The girl upfront who was by the register looked confused and wanted to order. Nothing was communicated to the folks in line. And everyone assumed maybe the cashier jumped on the blenders to help with getting the smoothies out and then would take orders again. Then people in the back of the line started asking if they were still taking orders when the other guy on the blenders kicked everyone who was waiting in line out. Literally yelled at all of us to leave. I get wanting to close early on MDW or having a cut off but the person at the register should've just told the girl who was about to order the line is cut off. Rather than just not saying anything at all. And then the store owner getting angry and kicking everyone out. 2 stars cause I like their smoothies. But man the customer service is not great here. They really don't care.

We waited about 1hr 30mins on a Sunday around 12pm, the line didn't seem that crazy long but it seems like there were only maybe 3 people working and probably every single customer was ordering smoothies so it took a while to accomodate. For me personally, I enjoyed the smooth texture, it seems like the base was mainly frozen bananas to achieve it. But, I think the creamier flavors paired better and were more enjoyable that way. I got what I was hoping to be more like a green smoothie but it came out creamier than I had hoped. Maybe some would like that but it wasn't for me. Love supporting family owned businesses, they do indeed make great smoothies and I'm sure their other menu items are great as well, however maybe just wait for the hype to die down, I don't think it's truly worth that long of a wait

Arrived around 8am and it wasn't busy at all. The gentleman who was working didn't even acknowledge my cousin and I. He didn't greet us when we walked in and he didn't even talk to us when we ordered. We ended up getting the Green Perfection and Berry Protein + added peanut butter. I'd rate the Green Perfection a 7/10 & she rated the Berry Protein a 6/10. The peanut butter was pretty much all you tasted. Service was non-existent but the drinks were good. I would never go back though.

They've earned the hype. The drinks are so good and with add ons and tip it was still cheaper than erewhon smoothies haha. I got the chocolate smoothie and I really like that they used cinnamon in it, it added a nice flavor! Largest con is going to be the wait time. I was lucky to go when there was no wait to order but it still took 25 minutes to get my drink. It makes sense when you watch how much work goes into each drink. I don't mind waiting, there are plenty of cute shops around to explore while you wait so it doesn't affect my rating. The employees were very kind and I applaud them for their non stop smoothie work.

I had seen this viral smoothie so my friends and I came to try it. It's a very small spot with the line wrapping around. It was kind of chaotic in the beginning first 45 mins because there were two lines- one to order and one to pick up. They only have 3 ppl working inside (kudos to them tho! They were completely working and doing their best). It took us like 2 hours to get these. Really tasty! Sweet. After sometime, the sweetness gets a bit overwhelming. But not so bad. Good experience. I'll get these again if no line. Otherwise it was too long of a wait.

I recently visited Main Squeeze in Santa Monica, and the smoothies were honestly amazing. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and high quality. You could tell they used good ingredients, and the smoothie was blended perfectly. Definitely one of the better smoothie spots I've tried in the area. The only downside was the wait time. It took about 1 hour and 30 minutes to get our smoothies, which was way longer than expected. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and the place felt understaffed during the rush. I felt bad because everyone was working hard, but they clearly needed more help. Overall, the smoothies were great and worth trying. I just hope they improve the wait times because the drinks themselves were excellent.

I think this smoothie place is worth the hype for its $13 smoothies due to the huge size, quality of ingredients, and taste! Yes, the only con is the line and wait can be 40+ mins - 1 hr but I would come back if I had a chill day and wanted an organic, quality smoothie that made me feel great. I got their: Strawberry Fields (5/5): This is on their Sweet Organic Smoothies menu and it is a blend of strawberries, banana, vanilla, and dates. You can also choose between almond butter or peanut butter which I chose the latter. The smoothies are filled to the brim and they have the signature blob of the circle smoothie overflow that adds their signature touch. This smoothie has chunks of sweet, chewy dates and you can taste the creamy peanut butter mixed in with the strawberry banana date. Very naturally sweetened. I would come back to try their other smoothies if I had a chill day to explore on the west side.

Smoothies here are delicious! We tried the Green Monster and the Date Night Date. Both were really good, but I'd especially recommend the Date Night Date if you want something that isn't overly sweet but still has that nice hint of sweetness without tasting like a green juice. We went early on a weekday, so the wait wasn't bad. However, we've come on weekends before and waited 30+ minutes in line. For it being an early morning visit with fewer customers, the customer service could've been better. We were greeted, but there were no smiles, small talk, recommendations, or even a thank you when we received our order. That said, this is a great spot if you love thick smoothies. It is a bit pricier compared to other smoothie chains, but you do get your money's worth, the cups are overfilled and the ingredients taste fresh and real/no additives.

Clearly not blended all the way

Stopped in for a smoothie and the line was pretty long. It looked like they were understaffed, so things were moving slowly. When my drink finally came out, it was clearly under-blended. You could see chunks in it, and it definitely wasn't going to go through the straw. I hadn't even left the counter yet. Before touching it, I politely asked if they could blend it again. The staff told me it was already blended and didn't offer to fix it. They were pretty rude about it. It was frustrating because it felt like an easy fix. A quick re-blend would have solved the issue. Instead I ended up leaving with a smoothie I couldn't really drink. Not the best experience.

Great smoothies with a caveat. It might take 45 min to an hour to get a smoothie!! The line can be deceiving. Once there were only two customers in front of me and it took ~40 minutes to get my smoothie. Another time the line was out of the door and it took me ~1 hour to get my drink. The late night date night has been my favorite so far. It's sweet and filling yet icy and refreshing. I don't usually even like dates since they can be overly sweet. The smoothies are the best texture. Thick yet smooth. There isn't much seating. There are only bar style tables inside around the perimeter. But it'll feel cramped since the place is packed with people either in line or waiting for their order.

This place was super yummy and the service was good. I liked the taste of the smoothie as it had flavour and lots of amazing ingredients in the drink. The ambiance was a bit stuffy but it was still a great place to try.

This was good to try once, but I'm not sure that this smoothie is worth the cost and wait in the future. I got the tropical mix smoothie. It was good, but flavor-wise, nothing outstanding. I've had better smoothies that are more tart and flavorful. It is impressively thick, though, which I appreciate. It's also a decent size, but almost $13 is still more than I'd like to pay for a smoothie. I went in the middle of the day in a weekday so it wasn't busy, but it still took a really long time to get my smoothie. Inside has some seating, but most people seemed to just take their smoothies to-go. Metered street parking.
