I want mine less sweet with more natural flavor from the acai berry. It was 4th of July and they emailed me a promo of $4 off any $15 or more purchase so I got The Works cup, plus almond butter, an extra $1.50 for it making it $15.45, eligible to take off the $4. If you choose to make your own cup, you can add bananas, strawberries, and blueberries at no additional cost. Parking can be tricky, but well-lit venue with slow ambiance are just perfect match. The menu offered are obviously similar to other outlets and pre-order is also available, making life easier and more efficient. WOW I have never left a review on yelp because I've never cared enough to- but I hope the manager sees this and fires the guy employee working on June 5, 2026 around noon. The guy was literally the RUDEST customer service employee I have ever experienced. On his phone while taking out order- didn't answer a single question for us and said "read the menu" with attitude. Refused to accommodate and dairy allergy and was so rude about it when we tried to understand just how to substitute a protein. The most attitude I've ever experienced. Horrifying and shouldn't be employed there. As someone who has spent plenty of time working in customer service this was a next level exposure to a terrible level of such. I walked out after the treatment worsened and continued while letting the guy know hey "this was some terrible customer service". He was still on his phone and just laughed. There was a woman outside with her son who had ordered previous to us and said we thought the same thing and will never come back based on how rude he was! She told her son to never be like that guy lol. Validating as I've never been made to feel this way by someone in customer services. I'll never be back- never giving my business to a business who doesn't value how their employees treat customers. 100% thumbs down don't go in there if this guy is still working. This location is really nice and would be such a cool place to hang out with friends. It's very spacious with high ceilings and even had an upstairs area with nice lighting. There was a touch of purple accents with soft cushions so it was an enjoyable place to hang out. I visited this place because there was a DoorDash deal so I was trying Oakberry for the first time. The front cashier was friendly and patient as I struggled to think through which of the unlimited toppings I wanted to add in my bowl. The acai is very very tasty - however I give it 4 stars because it is a bit pricey. The one pictured was $18.
