I come to this location at least once a week to get a detoxifier juice and have had a great experience with the staff, wait time and quality of juice for the most part. My only negative is that the juice is not always consistantly the same even when I order the same drink each time. Either they use too much celery one time or too much pineapple another time. I love coming to any juice it up and getting the Mango Monsoon which is now on the special menu. The place is usually not packed at this location so placing an order is usually quick. Good service, good juice, just pricier than I expected. For a small fruit juice was 5.95 and it's smaller than a Starbucks tall size. Their large is about the size of a Starbucks venti and is 9.95. I think that's pretty pricey for the single dollar sign. Juice is good. She made my drink wrong tho. I got one without ginger and there was ginger in my drink. This used to be my fave Juice it Up. My last few visits (I come here once maybe twice a week on a regular basis) have been disappointing, to say the least. My evergreen smoothie had chunks of pineapple that annoyingly clogged the straw & interfered with my enjoyment of the green delicious concoction that I have grown to love, since they first offered it as a seasonal choice last December. I always presumed the blending timer was set on automatic since I've never had a problem before...? Also, why ask your name if they don't even call you. There was a line of others before us so when the person that made our drinks put them out on the receiving tray said nothing, we figured it was for someone else standing nearby. After seeing no one claim them, my daughter went to inquire & yes, they were ours. Definitely lacking customer service skills. Yes it is busy, but not having a friendly personality only makes it worse and doesn't make the experience go any faster. I like that they do raw juices... However their rewards points are hardly worth it in my opinion. After $50 spent, you get $5 back... Their smallest raw juice is $5.25 so it doesn't even cover the cost. At nekter not only are the juices $1 cheaper but after 9 purchases you get a 16oz raw juice free. Plus the quality of the veggies here aren't as nice as Nekter. I like it only because it's the only place around here that does raw juices... Walking in, I was greeted by the girls working there, which happened to be the only people in the entire store. After ordering my juice, I told the cashier (Melissa) I have a card but couldn't find it at the moment. Since there was a customer that just walked in, I decided I would pay and sit down for a sec to look for it so I could get my points. After the other customer ordered and paid, I walked back up to tell the same cashier I had my card ready. Recently just moved to Corona Area a couple months ago, Started going to UFC Gym across the way and wanted to stop by and give JIU another try after my workout. Thinking all locations aren't the same, as I had a bad experience with another location, I walked in giving it another shot. As I walked in both employees were on cell phones and one was sitting on the counter which I thought was unprofessional. I absolutely love this location!! Customer service could be better but there is one girl that works there named Marissa that makes me and all other customers feel so welcomed!!! If she didn't work there, there's no way I would come back. Marissa is always so cheerful and keeps the environment so positive. I've been in there when it's slow and during bad rushes and she continues to make everyone that comes in there feel valued. She's super helpful with getting me out of my comfort zone and getting me to try new things. It's not just me that she's like this with. She helps everyone find the perfect drink!
