I stood at the register while the two girls behind the counter chatted it up with this gal on the side as she ate her protein waffle whom I assume is an employee not on the clock. It took them 8 minutes to realize I was standing there waiting for my order to be taken and then had an attitude when I went to place my order. We went in on a Sunday for a quick juice and quickly realized we were going to be there a while. They had this one amazing guy named Aiden running this place by himself. He was very hard working and rushed to get everyone's orders as quickly as possible, but the line just kept growing. Why would any business have 1 person working on a weekend? It took a little long to get our drinks but it wasn't this poor guys fault. The printer started acting up on him and people had large orders. This guy deserves a raise if they continue to leave him alone on weekends. The juice we ordered was disgusting. Tasted like we were drinking grass with lemon juice. Smoothies are always good. I usually have great interactions here, however on Sunday around 3pm I stopped by and not even a welcome. The guy with short black hair behind the counter didn't even look at me, there was a customer that had just finished paying and no one else in there. Then a girl came from the back. Awful customer service no smile. Rushing me to order, "k anything else". When the order came out it was the wrong size and not a smoothie. Totally watered down like a juice. Second time it came out it was sour and watered down. The box of waffles was completely covered in avocado inside and out. I got "go bananas." Just a bunch of kids getting paid to play. read more

A 'welcome' and guest acknowledgment is always appreciated, but also what makes you want to visit specific locations again. I have never felt like such an inconvenience at a place that I really enjoy smoothies and acai bowls from. As a former juice bar employee, I know the process of closing a bar however still keeping it open and ready when guests go in closer to closing time. It was extremely rude. Usually I come here and the customer service is pretty good. Today I walked in, and there were two young ladies working one with glasses and the other without, the young lady with glasses was serving someone before me and didn't greet me or inform me that she'd be seeing me in a second as the patron before me went to grab her card. Before I placed my order with the young lady without glasses, they were having a conversation as if I weren't there. When receiving my order from the you g lady with glasses, she called my order and passively told me to have a good day, without looking at me. The young lady without glasses was very welcoming, nice and informative. I didn't feel welcomed by the young lady with glasses, and I dont know if she was projecting but I did nothing to make her act in a manner as if I did something to her. read more

I love the convenience of being able to grab a quick snack. However, it is not always fast here. I usually place an order online and drop by to pick up. A few times we were able to step in, pick up our order, and leave. Most times, we arrive the people working behind the counter are busy chatting and the store itself is empty. They started the order when we got there. My go-to's are the PB health nut smoothie and the peanut butter bowl. What can I say? I love peanut butter! I enjoy Nekter but I HATE this location. The service is beyond slow, please tell me how it takes 20 minutes to make 2 drinks? On top of the fact that they do not accept phone orders. I attempted to place an order on the app and it would not process, so I called to see if I could just place my order over the phone and the girl I spoke to said they don't do that and that the only way for people to order would be in person if they app isn't working...which completely defeats the purpose of trying to order ahead. I come to this Nekter constantly & in the mornings (which I'm sure is the busiest time). The service is slow, whether it's pick-up order or walk-in (I've done both). They continue to have one-person staff, who are always friendly nonetheless. MANAGERS/OWNERS: please make it a priority to hire more staff during your busier times.
