LOVED this place. It's been the place Ive been excited to go to . Love their products! Until I just ordered the detoxifier and the girl who was making it didn't have all the ingredients so she asked the guy who was mopping and handling all the credit cards to grab somethings for her. He came back, handed the bottled item to her and she used it...THEN handled my spinach. I should've said something then but I didn't. As much as I love this place, food safety is a huge concern for me and I'm not interested in going somewhere that I can see them not making that a priority. I Eat 80% raw and vegan for 5 years and drink fresh juice daily. Super familiar with juicing since it goes with my business like peanut butter and jelly because I give colonics and help people with cleansing. Therefore, I frequent the juicers in PDX. I stopped in to Brooklynn's Juicery and was wonderfully surprised. Excellent service and yes, she is definitely "straight grinding"! She says that means, hustling to make you the best juice on the planet. And so it was. I was also glad she is offering juice cleanse packages and it is in a great location on the west side. Yes they have organic wheatgrass and they will customize your juice. Place is super clean and quick. They also have smoothies, fusions and fruit bowls. Paid $11 for a super large custom fresh juice and was well worth it. Way better than wholefoods and just loved the personal touch Brooklynn gives. read more

I was never a big fan of jamba juice so when i saw this place opened i was excited to try it. you see them get the fruit ready all right there, its that fresh!!! whenever i want to treat myself i go here for a smoothie! my mom got her lips tattooed and couldn't eat solid food so she drank these for days i love this place and all the employees are sweet and funny. thank you for finally opening a smoothie shop i love and i hope there is more locations in the future!!! read more

So this review is about the service I received not the juice. The service I got was the worst I have ever had in my entire life. We were not greeted when we entered, nor smiled at while we ordered. At one point there were 6 customers and only one employee on duty. Another employee arrived about 10 minutes after we entered the store. They have a happy hour deal for Sundays. We went specifically for this deal. I was not told that my husband and I should order separately or only one of our drinks would ring up half off. It wasn't until my friend ordered that I realized that we were charged full price for my drink. The guy knew we came in specifically for the 50% off deal, so don't you think he would have said something? NOPE! I eventually received a refund for the drink that was never made, but honestly they handled this transaction horribly. I work in the food industry and I know how to make an upset customer happy. No sorry, no trying to fix it, nothing but a refund and no smiles. I honestly never want to go back ever again! I will take my business to Jamba, where I am ALWAYS greeted when I enter and again when I order and again when I leave, which is how it should be! read more
