There's bubble tea and batidos, but every time you walk out of the place in summer with a fruit- or candy-piled, bubble-laden treat, someone will ask you where you got it. There aren't a lot of options for Salvadoran or pupusas out here, and the bar gets painfully low, but Arre Burro is doing it right. They've turned this old Subway storefront into one of the most delightful eateries in Hillsboro, and more Winco shoppers and DMV visitors should be taking advantage. I got the seafood pho, which was tasty and filling. I didn't know until after I posted my pic that there was a separate pho with egg noodles. Usually egg noodles is the default in my experience but the rice noodles were good too! Price was $17.50, which was a little more than I paid in MN but worth the price as the portion is generous. Service was friendly. Easy to pay with cash or card at the counter. If I go to Pacific, I have a feeling I may be a regular. ;)
