When I'm in the mood for that smoothie, I'll take my butt...to Juice It Up! Normally a fan of Jamba Juice, I can't see my self driving 25 min to get to the nearest one. Juice It Up! is only a couple exits down so I can cruise there from the Menifee area in about 10. So out of convenience, I'm forced to stop here if I want to satisfy my fix. At first I wasn't sure it would live up to the JJ's goodness, but I have to admit this place has grown on me over time. Became a fan of the Just Peachy drink and I find myself stopping by here during my frequent travels down to San Diego. It's really good stuff and the drinks (if I may be so bold) are comparable to the JJ's flavors. Texture of the drinks are similar and you got the same type boosts to choose from. I wouldn't say that this place is better though....just different. Store is clean and staff is not bad. I always get my drink in a decent time frame. I like how the store is real close to the freeway exit. Easy to get in, order, then get out. Overall a good alternative if you are a fan of the Jamba. I'm confused on why you guys even have a phone if you're not going to be answering your customers who have questions before showing up. Theirs only two juice it up near me and both 30mins away and you guys can't even pick up your line to see if your even open or what time you guys close on the holidays. HOURS ARE INCONSISTENT. They never close at 8 pm, they always close so much earlier or just not even open. The smoothies are decent considering it's not hard to make. The employees are a bunch of kids who always talks about their gossips and works way too slow and just really don't care about getting those orders out. I've mobile ordered dozens of times and have gone in with no order ready and to see they've started on a walk in order...what is the point of mobile order then? I get I'm not the only order but if the app says it'll be ready at a certain time and I get there at that time and it's still not ready then there is a problem. read more

I have been coming here for the past year & I absolutely love it. The staff here is always so friendly every time we go. I usually take my son after school for a treat before we do hw. Always such a good refresher. Not to mention they have a really cool rewards program. $5 for every $50 you spend. Friendly staff, clean store, smoothies are made in a timely manner, & they recently renovated which makes the store look so nice and modern. I come to this juice it up all the time - the staff is so friendly and the smoothies are so good! Last time I came, Nick offered me the secret menu when I was having a hard time picking something to order and Olivia had my smoothie out by the time I had finished paying! Everyone here has always been so warm and kind, even when it's crazy busy. They also play really good music all the time :) The workers also always seem to have a good time, it's not uncommon to hear them joking with each other and the customers. I've been here before and got the same drink... it comes out yellow, I got a peach/red color drink. She said the strawberry makes the color... Absolutely love Juice it up one of my favorites!! I went in to the Clinton Keith one in Murrieta today and I have to say I was very disappointed!! It was filthy for one stuff all over the floor. The biggest thing that grossed me out were the flys in there!! There had to be at least 5 on and around the pineapple and fruit sitting out on a cutting board not to mention none of the fruit was covered. This is the closest location to my home which is about fifteen minutes away. I make it a point to come here once a week. Yes, there are always young people behind the counter but I've had nothing but positive experiences with all of then. One young man took the time to explain to me about the rewards card and how to use my points. I always order the ultimate berry bowl. It's what's for lunch! Let me say that not all Juice it Ups are alike. I have been to the Juice it up in Moreno Valley by the RCC campus and it was awful. They make it there with frozen strawberries and the mix tasted watered down. This location is by far superior to the Moreno Valley location. If you haven't tried the berry bowl I highly recommend it. It's a combination of acai smoothie, granola, honey, fresh bananas and fresh strawberries! Delicious. You can't get any better than this. I'll continue to come once a week. Tori was not very helpful. I went in looking for a drink that would be like a cold buster and she kept suggesting a ginger shot but when told it was for kids and that I wanted a smoothie that has vitamin c. she suggested to get a fresh juice. I ended up getting out of line and realizing they have a super fruit immunizer smoothie that she didn't even mention. So it felt like she wasn't very knowledgeable about her menu. I ordered 2 mediums and then asked if we could get one of the small cup on the side and she offered a water cup and said slightly rude that we would have to pay for the cup so it had to be the other cup. She assumed that we wouldn't want to pay for the cup but we were fine paying the 20 cents for a cup. She then was annoyed that I asked for a drink carrier. This is probably one of the best juice it up places that I've been to so far. Every time I walk in I'm greeted very well and the place is always clean and tidy. Before I never knew what kind of smoothie I wanted to get but one of the cashiers, Margaret, recommended me the pina colada smoothie. Since I'm highly allergic to dairy, she recommended that I get the pina colada smoothie with no yogurt but with extra bananas. Now every time I go, that's literally the only smoothie I get now. Time and time again I have been to this location and it has always been a great experience. I usually go in and get a large açaí bowl with double granola and fruit. The guys who makes it has never been skimpy with the toppings and the bowls always come out so nice! I wish I knew his name, it is because of him that I keep returning and have a satisfying experience. I went today 5/28 @11AM so whoever he is, he's awesome!
