I had high hopes for this place but out of the 4 drinks we got, only 1 was good & my daughter liked it basically cause it was super sweet.. i got a milk tea with boba & the tea flavor was so weak & the boba wasn't sweet at all.. my son got the taro milk tea with boba, which he likes from every boba place we go to.. he did not like this one.. i'd rate the drinks a 6/10.. won't be back. Had to go to Home Depot nearby, and wanted some boba. Found R&B Tea and ordered the oolong milk tea with boba. It was okay, but a little too watered down for my taste. We also got the Hokkaido milk tea and the pure milk strawberry, which was a little too milky. Boba kind of stuck together, but decent. I totally forgot to adjust the sweetness and mine was at 100% but it wasn't too sweet at all. The young lady behind the counter was super sweet and helpful. I appreciated her kindness towards me and my kiddos. I ordered a rose milk tea boba and was happily surprised to see a cute heart stopper on top of it. So l can sip the drink without the boba if l wanted--super smart! I've never had a boba top that allowed that. I am so accustomed to the heat sealed cups but this is such a wonderful thought so l don't go through all my boba and still have all this milk tea left to drink without any accompanying boba. I loved my drink and the girl helping me said it was similar to a sea salt series. Which l love a good jasmine sea salt tea! Not many places around have rose flavored anything. So l was thrilled to get it. And it was delicious! I added the cheese cream and that. Was. Divine! I cannot wait to go back next week and try the jasmine version. I had the Matcha Coffee and it tasted like unsweetened black coffee with no matcha even after mixing it. Tasted like a bad coffee blend. Don't know if they tasted this before they put this on the menu, or the people making just don't care. Either way not going back. i only go to this location when i'm in murrieta because it's near my carne asada fries spot. everytime i get a honey black milk tea with lychee jelly they mess up my order. it has happened 3 times now. so today i go in around 4pm and im the only person in the store. there's 4 workers (2 clocking out). no hello, i go to Kiosk and order. another party comes in and they get a hello and they order at the counter. it takes 10 mins for them to make my drink because the short asian girl is busy yapping about whatever drama in her life. the party that ordered after me got their drink first. the guy that made my drink messed up on my drink cuz he was too busy yapping with shortie. i literally don't care what you do at your job but at least do your job right. different worker with beanie apologizes and makes me a new drink. this location has decent drinks but employees they hire are all young and dgaf. read more

Decent boba drinks! This is our second time coming here and they definitely improved. The boba was chewy and the drink was tasty! They have a really good variety of flavors and a cute interior. The worker who made my drinks was super nice and the ordering process was really easy. I also had a special request for one of the drinks and she followed it perfectly! The only downside is that this place is definitely on the more pricier spectrum for boba drinks. Considering it's the only boba shop in the mile radius, I understand why they'd price their drinks the way they are. Also, the amount of toppings isn't very consistent for all drinks. I got 2 drinks and 1 had more boba than the other. Not a crazy big deal, but curious as to why and how they determine how much boba is given. The ambiance here is really cute, it's kind of small with minimal seating inside. Staff was friendly and there's a large variety of drinks. I got the cereal milk tea with boba and my daughter got the chocolate Oreo one. I was surprised to slurp up my drink and get chunks of fruity pebbles in my mouth (if you're a texture person, wouldn't recommend this one for ya). The drinks were both delicious and the chocolate Oreo one is very rich. The boba has great texture and isn't too sweet. We also got the cheese bubble waffle with condensed milk dipping sauce-BOMB. Every time i come there out of boba, how is a boba shop out of boba. They need to be more prepared and have it ready and made.

I made the mistake of ordering for a scheduled delivery. Once I saw that my order wasn't going to be delivered until almost an hour after I confirmed the requested delivery time, I called to cancel my order. Apparently the employees don't know how to cancel an order and have to text their boss and they tell me they will call me as soon as they can confirm my order has been cancelled. It's been 30 minutes since I called to cancel, and it's already several minutes past the time I wanted the delivery, and still no notice or co formation that my order has been cancelled. It's really not that hard to cancel an order. Now, I might just have to report this to my bank as a fraudulent charge. I made every attempt to cancel and the shop just can't seem to get their act together. I'd say it's better to go and pick up in person, but the service is usually painfully slow. Not really worth the prices, and not a good idea to order anything from here if you like to get anything done in a timely manner. read more

It's finally open!! I was out of town, so I missed the grand opening, but I came back in time for the by 2 get 1 free promo. I was pleasantly surprised when I was placing my order and a familiar voice said my name. I looked up and it was Joyce, the same owner of my favorite nail shop in Menifee, Esta Nails! She's so sweet! I'm so glad to be able to support her and happy to see her businesses thriving in this economy. This location is in the new Vineyard Center by the new Costco on Clinton Keith. There is a parking lot outside shared with other establishments, but it could get crowded soon as more stores are opening up. Prices are average and the employees are friendly. The wait time was very reasonable around 5 minutes for my 3 drinks. They do have one kiosk you can order from. I had the Wintermelon Milk Tea with less ice and 30% sweet, the Strawberry Frosty Milk Tea and the Rose Oolong Milk Tea with Cheese Cream. That Rose Oolong was my favorite!! The others weren't bad, but I think next time I'll get 50% sweet for the Wintermelon. Be sure to sign up for rewards while you're there. They add up! ;) read more

This one is in the recently built plaza across the street from one of the local high schools, which will likely provide the majority of the customers. Parking is shared with other business in the mall and currently partially closed off to construction so may be limited for now. The space itself is cute yet a little small, enough to fit 3 tables and a line of 7-8 people before going out the door. Menu offers look standard for boba shops as well as price points. Ordered the roasted oolong milk tea with crystal boba and coco-lychee jelly. 3.5 rating until the biz settles in. If you're reading this between December 16-18, 2022, they have a BOGO promotion all weekend for the grand opening. EDIT UPDATE: have yet to confirm whether milk teas contain cow's milk or dairy-free powder. I already have a toast account so it's a breeze to order online. My account was linked when I used the kiosk. Ordering is simple. Nothing that requires a lot of guess work. The kiosk also informs you what items are not available ( something online doesn't show). I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Drink consistency is always questionable, either my drink is made right or tastes different every time. The variety here is great, and the boba here is good (coming from someone that is picky with boba). They have bubble waffles and recently added snacks such as sweet potato fries! The service is friendly, but tends to be kinda slow at times.. that would be the ding for the star. I either get really lucky that it is super fast, or sometimes it'll be 1-3 customers and still take a while... I'd avoid the afterschool rush or when there are school events if you're looking to have your drink ASAP! The shop is small but is nice on the inside. I've Been to R&B Tea a few times and have not had any issues with my order taking too long to be fulfilled. Hopefully that's a good sign that they have addressed the issue and is no longer causing problems for customers in getting their drinks on time. The drink that they have here that called my attention was the Strawberry Horchata Milk tea. That drink is soooo good. It is a good combination of the strawberry milk tea and horchata. Of course, you can add boba or another topping if you desire. Another drink that called my attention was the Strawberry Yakult, made with the probiotic little drinks. You can taste that tart flavor from the drinks alongside the strawberry. The staff is friendly and takes their time making the drinks. They have a lot of drink varieties and some of them, you don't see often in other boba places like the Strawberry Horchata and the Yakult drink. If you were thrown off by the slow service or you haven't been here, you should check them out. I think the timing issue has been solved and you'll be satisfied with a cool, refreshing drink. read more

Just called a while ago and tried to place a mobile order. The app was not working so we called in and were advised by the person who answered the phone said they get too many walk-ins so they no longer take large drink orders online so we drove in got there at 9:35 and we're told that they were closed. We let the know we had called and were told they can take phone orders because they get to many walk ins so we drove into place the order I spoke to Chi who said yeah we are closed so we can't take your order anymore. I let her know that we had just spoke on the phone and she advised that they close at 10 and they take walk-ins orders she said but I don't get paid overtime so we are cleaning up already and we can't take any more orders if you had gotten here before 9:30 we could've taken your order but we don't get paid overtime so I can't we already cleaned I was taking it back that she said they closed at 10 over the phone, but when we drove in advised that they had already cleaned so they were closed. We usually place orders of seven or 10 drinks weekly so it's really sad that they are giving this kind of service. read more
