Boba time in Colton was added to a predominantly Latin American demographic we have in Colton and it's become popular with the demographic because drinks are pretty sweet compared to more modern and new boba shops that places an emphasis on more stronger and less sweet boba drinks. For the health conscious person boba time is probably not the best but the tea and syrups are as good as quality as you're going to get compared to somewhere like LA MICHOACANA dessert chain which uses an ungodly amount of sugar for their deserts and refreshments. Place nice and clean warm friendly reception. Good quick service. Ordered and shared Coconut Coffee Frapee with sweetheart. Nice flavor combination of coconut and coffee. Blended really well. 094/2024 I am sorry that this will be my last visit at this location. Today I used my 20% discount coupon for downloading the rewards app. The staff order taker wasn't friendly , had that stern face from fatigue most likely! I decided to sit by the table close to the order/ pick up counter. I noticed none of the workers wore gloves at the working area while handling the cups and preparing the drinks. So had observed too that one order taker at the register touched the money without washing hands after handling the money !!!! Not even before beginning to handle cups ... One star for one young female staff who greeted incoming customers and even with a smile said thank you after taking orders!!! My order of Brown Sugar Milk Tea didn't have the sweetness of brown sugar very bland and no creamy taste of milk either!!! read more

Parking: Plenty available! Ambience: Decent amount of seats inside, beautiful floral decorations and neon signs, plenty of drink options available--they even offer cheesecakes, crepe cakes, macarons etc.! Service: Friendly! There's a less sweet option if you ask for it, but they don't automatically ask for sweetness / ice preference. Taste: Got the taro milk tea (yum!) and the strawberry matcha milk tea (strawberry is a bit artificial, but overall was good!), both with boba. Unfortunately, although the texture of the boba was nice, it didn't taste like much of anything. Love the options they have here in terms of the drinks though! I had probably the worst boba ever. I order the Taro milk tea, and was given some other Taro tea. It was thick and absolutely gross. On top of that we had a not so friendly service person. 3 stars because they usually make good bobas. read more

Finally made a pit stop in trying this boba place in the area! The staff was very friendly upon arrival and they had so many selections to choose from! They have boba, shaved ice, milk and iced teas. They also have coffee beverages and macaroons! They definitely have a little for everyone. Each item looked so good! The place inside looks very clean and they have a little bit of sitting area in case you want to enjoy your treat there and ambiance is very quiet to moderate. I only tried their Thai milk tea with no boba this time around but will definitely be back to try their shaving ice treats! read more

Wow, so happy to have found this place! I was craving boba for an after dinner treat and this place really hit the spot. Friendly service, clean space and great chewy boba! The cashier was patient with me as I had a hard time deciding which flavors to choose. So many delicious looking options! I asked for extra boba and less ice in all 3 of my large drinks. I also got the 50% sweetness level and it was perfect. Still a little sweet but not overly "diabetic sweet" and the worker was happy to comply. Taro - 5/5 Loved this! I'm happy to see a legit boba shop in Colton, especially 5 mins from my job site. I initially ordered the house milk tea but employees informed me it was premade with dairy so I couldn't substitute it for almond milk. My 2nd and 3rd options were the rose and strawberry matcha milk teas, which I was able to choose a nondairy option. I shared the strawberry one with a girlfriend and she is a fan. I was please with the rose matcha milk tea. There were many employees working/training when I came by around noon. They were friendly and efficient. So I came here to see my best friend that I haven't seen in a while sooooo let's get into it. The shop itself is very cute. Very photo friendly here and the atmosphere is very chill vibes. The menu isn't to crazy and you get to order two ways. There is the kiosk on the side and then the counter on the other side. You get the foot traffic in waves so it helps with the noise. Very clean and bright so again.... It helps with the pictures if you take some. I got a brown sugar milk tea boba and a tiramisu cake...... so good very delicious. I will come back here. Such a cute new spot! I really like the aesthetic plus everything was very bright and clean. Exterior of the building has some construction going on so it was kind of hard to find, but it's in between the chinese food and pizza place. Big plaza parking lot. Service was friendly and quick! Plus there's a kiosk or mobile app order if you prefer. I got an earl grey milk tea with egg pudding plus green tea and raspberry macarons for the road and everything was yummy. Happy that they open one in the IE as I have been going to Boba Time in Ktown since 2010. Got excited when I saw on their menu that they have Red Bean Shaved ice . Front employee looked at me weird when I order that informing me they don't sell that as she pointed at their menu on the counter. I pointed up to their screen under Shaved Ice and clearly shows Red Bean on there. Decided to score it 5 stars because of my loyalty to this chain. Even though, I repeat , this really disappointed me as employee said and I quote "we don't sell that". If you would of told me "we ran out" then it would be understandable. But the whole you don't sell something on your menu at all really disappointed me. Please fix your menu before others start rating lower scores. read more
