Just picked up my dragon fruit bowl from ordering in the nekter app and the young worker that made my bowl had an attitude when giving my husband and I our order his attitude seems as though he was upset he had to make the smoothie bowl when he works at a smoothie shop and also I'm just so angry and upset right now because his carelessness was so bad my husband and I almost ingested plastic because he blended up part of the packaging the dragon fruit comes in into my smoothie bowl we are still finding pieces!!!! IM very Livid and will not return to this Rialto location on riverside VERY Disappointing! To top it off to have 2 1/2 stars and so many negative reviews is disappointing for such a high quality brand like nekter. This clearly means the managers and owners of this franchise do not care about their customers experience and safety I'm so disgusted by my experience. read more

I've been to many nectars and I've never had an issue, but this part in particular is an issue for me. The customer service from a young girl on the weekends is very dismissive and rude, and only allowed to have one strawberry for a giant açai bowl...come on. For us tables that are almost $15. It is not absurd to ask for more than one strawberry on your açai bowl. Her name was Hazel, just checked my receipt. read more

Service: me and my family have been here twice on the weekend in the morning and was helped by a young Asian girl. She had a total attitude and mad face as soon as u walk in. This last time we went she was washing large bins and made us wait until she was finished to order. After she was done making our bowls, I asked for spoons because they only had forks out and she was washing the blenders and wanted us to wait until she was finished washing. I told her nevermind. Zero Stars. Their juice machine never works. I feel like the staff doesn't want to clean the machine and give excuses that it doesn't work, on a daily. They're is a juice store down the street called Kane Juice and Tea. They always have a juice machine that works and low prices. read more

We noticed a young lady who I assume in the manager talking to two of her employees in a very disrespectful and confrontational and condescending way. We couldn't even start our order because the atmosphere was extremely uncomfortable! We got a cup of water and left! We will never come back!
