The hand written signs are so tacky looking and I always wonder how in the world do they clean the doors and glass when everything in them is taped up with tacky signs. Furniture is funny looking and outdated. I know that previous owner would change decor/lighting every few years and the place seemed to be more stylish and clean. The written signs over the ice cream hands always make me laugh... don't they know about computer printing... type up your sign, laminate it and make the place look nice. I had bought some yogurt , wanted to use the restroom after and the girl employee said that they were closed at 7:20 pm because they "cleaned it "... tutti fruit closes at 10.. their was a big sign on the door of the restroom that said "for customers only"so I'm not sure why they'd put that sign up when customers can't even use it . I'm sorry but I've worked in restaurant since I was 16.. I've never treated a customer like that . I'd let customers use the bathroom even after cleaning it. I think the new staff is young and needs better training. I've never been to a place where they close the bathroom 3 hours before they actually close because they "cleaned it"... crazy.. read more

HORRIBLE manager. Asked for owner and she told me she used to be the owner? I didn't ask her about her past employment. I wanted the current owner to speak to about the managers actions. There was a mother in shop with her special needs daughter and they were eating the food QUIETLY mind you in the corner, and I heard her talking to another customer about how if your child is special needs then keep them at home. I really liked this place before they switched ownership. The old owner always made sure bathrooms were stocked and always clean, tables and machines were always clean and everything was always tasty on the menu. Now that ownership has changed I have noticed messy floors, unclean bathrooms that smell, yogurt all over tables and machines. Miss the previous owner too as she kept up with regulars and always made us feel like family walking in. Still good yogurt but definitely miss the family vibe. read more

For FroYo, This IS as good as it gets! I have driven by here so many times since moving here always vowing to stop in sometime. Yesterday, on the first really warm day this year was finally the day. Tutti Melon in Ontario was already amazing and I wanted see if Tutti Frutti was the same. I have had so much FroYo all over the US but nowhere is as good as here. They have a selection of 10 flavors, I got a bit of each and all 4 kinds of Boba which all came up to just under $3 which I think is fair. It is very clean and I loved each and every flavor, they have sorbets as well, also great. Service is good, it doesn't get very full in here and its an inviting vibe to sit and hang out here. Great start to the summer in the HD, I'll be back for more! read more

I was excited to try this place. We arrived around 7:30 PM, and the cashier (who was very nice) warned us that many of the flavors had run out. He was right, and it turned out to be about half of them. There weren't any signs covering the handles or saying that the machines were out of service, so trying half the machines resulted in melted, liquid froyo sputtering out all over your hand. A huge group of kids came in after us, as we were eating, and no one had done anything about this as it continued to be an issue. The yogurt was actually pretty good. I was disappointed that green apple, mango, and pomegranate were sold out. The topping selection was pretty dismal. I DID like the service, and also how the flavor description cards included suggested toppings for each one. I'd skip this one and hit Menchie's instead. read more

This place is always clean inside. The yogurt is really good and the staff was is always friendly. The yogurt is good and the areas are kept clean. We also enjoy the açaí bowls. They are made fresh and they do not skimp on the portion. The mangonadas are also good and the price is reasonable. We have yet to try the brownies but they look fresh and home made. My kids love seeing the giant ice cream guy when we are going down bear valley. They get so excited and start asking to get ice cream. The staff is very friendly and there are always new toppings/yogurt. Great nonfat/sugar free options as well.Love the cookies and cream flavor. This place is always clean. There is never a long line. I have been to several froyo joints in the area, and I feel this is as good as it gets. The yogurt is not overly sweet, and the flavors are clean and true. I especially enjoy the soy yogurt - they have plain and peanut butter flavors, and both are great. Their variety is good, and they offer plentiful toppings. The mochi is always fresh and not stale (which is good). A bit on the pricy side, but you get what you pay for...I don't mind paying a little extra for quality. Most of the time, the employees are nice, but every once in a while, you'll get someone that's not so nice, but I'm not going to hold that against the owners; hence my five-star review. How you may ask? Well, one time I redeemed my "Free yogurt" card, after having bought 10 yogurts. I live down the street from this Tutti Frutti and it's always good everytime I go. They always have fruits and all the toppings available all the time. The fruits are usually frozen so they don't go bad after sitting there after awhile as when you have fresh fruit there. I am a fan of Yogurtland, but since there isn't one up here in Victorville, I tried this one out and it's just as good as yogurtland. I like it even better because i like the flavors they offer. They have this promegranate and blueberry flavored yogurt that is just amazing when topped with blueberries, and strawberries! Oh and they have free Wifi! what more could you want! read more
