Great coffee friendly service although there is always a line in the drive thru a somewhat of a wait the orders are expedited as fast as possible a lot of people love Dutch bros coffee I think more so then Starbucks I believe Starbucks is loosing their customers their quality of coffee has always been horrible I know because I used to work at Gloria Jeans coffee and teas from 2002 -2006 and we would always hear complaints from customers about Starbucks and we always said yeah they over roast their coffee beans to wear they are to a burnt consistency and that's what makes their coffee taste bad as for Dutch Bros dining I have only been to the one here on Bearvalley rd and Navajo rd so no dining room don't know if any of them have a dining room area if not that would be a down fall to them. read more

It really is my happy place when I get my drink in hand and toast for a great day. Service is great, the staff friendly and the location is a good spot. No issues with traffic or long than usual wait times. If you go to Dutch, you know there is a wait. If you don't have time and in a rush, use the app and pick it up. Outside was clean and open. Don't waste your time ordering at the window, you might as well stay in the drive thru line because they put you in the same order as if you were in your car with the AC on. I'm really torn on this one. I ordered an iced Annihilator and, as always, the flavor was spot on--Dutch Bros definitely knows how to make a tasty drink. However, I specifically asked for 'easy ice,' and as you can see from my photo, the cup was still packed to the brim with it. I honestly finished the entire drink in about four sips. It's frustrating to pay for a premium coffee and mostly get a cup of ice. Great taste, but please work on following customizations! read more

I drove all the way across town this morning to grab a coffee from here because my coworker had gotten me one before, and it was absolutely delicious! I've stopped buying from Starbucks for a variety of reasons, so I decided to give Dutch Bros a try--and I was pleasantly surprised. I arrived at seven in the morning, and the service was outstanding. The young lady who helped me was so cheerful and friendly. Honestly, the atmosphere isn't much to talk about (we all know how Dutch Bros is set up), but the drive-thru was efficient, and I had my order in less than five minutes. Boy was I excited to find this place was on my way home! They don't have them where i am from yet, and seeing the hype on social media drew me to them last night. I got the Annihilator large iced coffee with regular milk + creamer on top and my friend got the kids hot chocolate. Iced coffee was pretty standard to me, and I did appreciate that it was not sweet and had the right amount of macadamia nut taste that was not overwhelming. My friend's beverage was more lukewarm, so easy to drink and won't burn your tongue at all. But wished it was a bit warmer than that tbh. Two-lane drive thru on a Sunday night. Very kind employee took our order, hope she was warm enough because it was cold out there. Service was super quick, the line was at the drive thru entrance and it took less than 5 minutes to get our coffee and kids hot chocolate. Somehow they knew it was our order when we came up to the window even though we aren't directed in what order to merge with the other land. Maybe it's magic! First time trying the drinks and we loved them and the workers were really helpfull and they were cheap price on the drinks

dutch is my drink spot, the ambiance is inviting fun and clean and the customer service is top notch. I don't think I have enough words for the broista named isaac if I spelled that right lol also goes by izzy, he goes way above and behind, super nice, and can make some drinks, very informative as well, him and chloe are my fav, I always try to have them make my drinks, went to the Hesperia one a few times and wont be going there anymore, they over chargered me twice, didn't know how to make certain drinks, was told can't make the drinks I always order, and I know they just opened but the manager isn't new. Blonde girl with the tattoos you just lost a customer and gained a bad review next time I'll go to star bucks where they don't make you wait because there having a a whole conversation and made us wait.
